An Ocean Hammock home topped the week’s sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of March 26 to March 30. Frank and Cynthia DeAngelo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 103 Ocean Way N. to Andrew and Deborah May, of Cary, N.C., for $465,000. Built by the sellers in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 2,502 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Pebble Beach
Laura Leonardo-Flynn and Bienvenida Leonardo, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 39 Pebble Beach Circle to Craig Ludwick and Lois Schuetz, of Goddard, Kan., for $130,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $215,000.

PALM COAST
Cypress Knoll
Anatoliy and Dinaida Persiyanov, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Eastwood Drive to Galina Bogdan, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,436 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $280,400.

Lawrence and Arlene Cattani, of Newtown, Pa., sold the home at 38 Ethan Allen Drive to Frank and Marjorie Gallagher, of Palm Coast, for $202,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $350,000.

European Village
Fifth Third Bank sold condominium Unit 209A of Residences at European Village to Robert and Mary Wheeler, of Marshall, Mich., for $35,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $295,000.

Grand Haven
Antonio and Charisse Vacchiano, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 62 N. Park Circle to James and Theresa Migli, of Palm Coast, for $320,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3.040 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $565,000.

James and Theresa Migli, of Northville, N.Y., sold the home at 22 Shinnecock Drive to Robert McDonagh and Phyllis Wolfe-McDonagh, of West Babylon, N.Y., for $210,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,677 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $250,000.

Indian Trails
Hancock Bank sold the home at 32 Birchwood Drive to Darrell and Theresa Andre, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,596 square feet of living area.

Isac Rodrigues and John Soares, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 160 Bird of Paradise Drive to Nilsa Rivera, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,363 square feet of living area. It sold in January, 2012 for $55,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 7 Bradmore Lane to Herbert and Enery Booker, of Tujunga, Calif., for $70,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $165,000.

Lehigh Woods
John Rodgers, of Flushing, N.Y., sold the home at 40 Raintree Circle to Charlene McDuff, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,966 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $260,000.

Innocent and Marilia Celucien, of Naples, sold the home at 135 Red Mill Drive to Dmitriy Zalesskiy, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $78,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,486 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $200,000.

Leslie Gallagher, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 9 Richland Place to Michael Taphorn and Gerald Centers, of Springboro, Ohio, for $112,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,608 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $54,000.

Matanzas Woods
Margaret Dubrow, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 9 Lucas Lane to Peter Stranis, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,941 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $380,000.

Palm Harbor
Robert Novotny, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Colonial Court to Jeffrey and Mary Neidinger, of Kingwood, Texas, for $210,000. Built by the seller in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa, a boat dock and 1,924 square feet of living area.

Jack Sholl, of Jupiter, sold the home at 48 Cortes Court to David and Dorothy Zugner, of Shrub Oak, N.Y., for $307,800. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, three bedrooms, a spa, a boat dock, a boat lift and 2,250 square feet of living area. It sold in 1991 for $115,000.

Domenico and Maria Lazzano, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Crandell Court to Charles and Mary Loffredo, of Palm Coast, for $356,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a dock, a boat house and 2,320 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $412,500.

Margaret Williams, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Crossgate Court E. to Diana Shore, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built by the seller in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,966 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
PHIO Properties LLC and PEP Financial LLC sold the home at 117 Pine Grove Drive to Ryszard Blusowicz and Irena Lisowska-Blusowicz, of Milford, Pa., for $105,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $143,100.

Hill Family Realty LLC, Tamco Corp. of Volusia County, BKG Properties LLC and SMT Properties Group LLC sold the home at 10 Pinelynn Lane to Ronald Wilkerson, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,459 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $86,800.

Newton Miller, of St. Albans, N.Y., sold the home at 104 Pritchard Drive to Ryszard Blusowicz and Irena Lisowska-Blusowicz, of Milford, Pa., for $103,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $100,000.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 33 Pinelynn Drive to Walter and Vera Fediuk, of Circleville, N.Y., for $110,000. Built in 2003 it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,262 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $224,000.

Tamco Corp of Volusia County and Hill Family Realty LLC, of Orange City, sold the home at 18 Poinbury Drive to Dinis and Maria Cardoso, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,700 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $214,000.

Pine Lakes
Edna Beach, of Florida Gambrills, Md., sold the home at 5 Weslyn Place to Michael and Patricia Schuman, Oscar Samudio and Yolanda Russi, of Floral Park, N.Y., for $120,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,209 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $160,000.

Quail Hollow
Suntrust Bank sold the home at 3 Karlstad Place to James and Ahran Panek, of Waterloo, N.Y., for $105,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,195 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $296,900.

Seminole Woods
Vincent Lazuka, of Oviedo, sold the home at 5 Sea Board Court to Craig Kuchynskas and Lynn Kuchynskas, of Palm Coast, for $96,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $107,900.

Tidelands
Freddie Mac sold condominium Unit 2013 of Tidelands to Watson Meeks Jr. and Martha Whittle, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $290,000.

Woodhaven
Gary Ciullo, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 1-201 of The Woodhaven Condominium at Palm Coast to James and Debra Lavarone, of Warwick, R.I., for $52,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $58,000.
