An Ocean Hammock home topped the week’s sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of April 2 to April 6. Bobby Posey and Sabrina Posey, of Green, S.C., sold the home at 16 Oak View Circle to Jan and Randi Roernes, of Port Washington, N.Y., for $410,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,943 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $445,000.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Lakeside at Matanzas Shores
Freddie Mac sold the home at 39 San Carlos Drive to Alexander Huang, of Palm Coast, for $167,500. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $280,000.

THE HAMMOCK
Armand Beach
Fannie Mae sold the home at 6 Willow Drive to Leslie and Geraldine Maxwell, of Houston, for $227,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,260 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $289,000.

Hammock Beach
Kenneth Kemp and Ursula Kemp, of Poinciana, sold condominium Unit S-603 of The One Bedrooms at Hammock Beach Club to Thomas and Laraine Zbikowski, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $139,000.

Hammock Dunes
Laniko Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Laguna Court to Arthur Thornton and Wanee Salyapongse, of Pasadena, Md., for $360,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,881 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $417,500.

Belle Terre
Aurora Loan Services sold the home at 17 Palm Leaf Lane to Earnest and Laraine Martone, of Fort Mill, S.C., for $82,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,885 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $114,800.

Wieslaw Korczynski, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 16 Prestwick Lane to Antonio and Lina Almeida, of Clark, N.J., for $100,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,645 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $210,000.

Cypress Knoll
John Hill, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 89 Evans Drive to Stephen and Shirley Streeter, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,008 square feet of living area. It sold in January 2012 for $150,000.

Grand Haven
Anthony and Patricia Caizza, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Eastlake Drive to Luke and Amy Lukasik, of Palm Coast, for $365,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 2,671 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $485,000.

Kenneth Bailey, of Watertown Mass., sold the home at 86 Beachway Drive to James Fields, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,748 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $279,000.

Louis and Linda Pietrosanti, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 100 Bird of Paradise Drive to Walter and Cheryl Rubel, of Phoenixville, Pa., for $95,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,611 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $184,000.

Lehigh Woods
Scott and Kelley Bell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 23 Rydell Lane to Richard and Perri Brandon, of Palm Coast, for $88,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,259 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $105,300.

Matanzas Woods
KACS Acquistions LLC, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 103 Laramie Drive to Raphael Castro, of Palm Coast, for $123,700. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $73,700.

John McHugh and Kelly McHugh, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 96 Lee Drive to Peter Bourque and Heather Boss-Bourque, of Bayfield, New Brunswick, Canada, for $101,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,149 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $210,300.

The Secretary of Veterans Affairs sold the home at 50 Londonderry Drive to Eric Sterling and Patricia Sterling, of Palm Coast, for $82,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,523 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $189,500.

Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 10 Luther Drive to Suzanne Townsend, of Springfield, Ill., for $77,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $218,300.

Palm Coast Plantation
Ralph and Sharon Swelgin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Emerald lake Court to Richard Wysocki and Mary Lou Wysocki, of Old Lyme, Conn., for $300,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,473 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $236,800.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 36 Riverwalk Drive S. to Nadia Grandus, of Lake Blauff, Ill., for $279,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,274 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Ronald and Diane Covert, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Coral Reef Court S. to Alessandro and Mary Parente, of Deer Park, N.Y., for $248,500. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a dock and 2,274 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $220,400.

Ryan and Jillian Butler, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Cedar Point Drive to Stephen and Beverly Padnuk, of Palm Coast, for $143,500. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,450 square feet of living area.

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at 47 Westmill Lane to John and Kim Gridley, of Palm Coast, for $66,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $138,000.

Marcelle Agard and Theresa Agard, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 236 Wellington Drive to Theresa Jeremiah, of New York, N.Y., for $75,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $68,900.

David Metz, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Westland Place to Raymond and Karen Gaddis, of Chicago, for $101,500. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms two baths and 1,727 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $47,000.

Seminole Woods
Barbara Friday, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Secretary Trail to Charles and Ruth Copeland, of Ormond Beach, for $118,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $188,500.

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at 6 Sedgefield Path N. to Eugene Monkevitch, of Palm Coast, for $91,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,010 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $239,000.

Woodlands
U.S. Bank sold the home at 23 Blakeshire Place to Richard Brodeur and Karen Brodeur, of Palm Coast, for $43,100. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,180 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $140,000.
