An Ocean Hammock home overlooking the second hole of the Ocean Course tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week Oct. 24 to Oct. 28. Patrick Barclay, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 29 Oak View Circle for $375,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, an elevator, a pool and 2,840 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $1.2 million.

FLAGLER COUNTY
St. Johns Development
Tammy Callas, Brandy Pozil, Donna Brewer, Terry Mitchell, Michael Blackmon and Christina Blackmon, of Greensboro, N.C., sold the home at 421 Santana Lane to Angie Salazar, of Jamaica Estate, N.Y., for $100,000. Built on 10 acres of land in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a work shed, a barn and 1,458 square feet of living area. It sold in 1979 for $43,100.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 37 Andover Drive to Ronald and Carol Montgomery, of Plainfield, Ill., for $141,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $260,000.

Coventry Lane
Martin and Carol Staniec, of Riverdale, N.J., sold the home at 4 Coventry Lane to Gerald and Loretta Fennelly, of Fleming Island, for $132,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,136 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Valerie Walters, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 2108 Central Ave. S. to Mona Diaz, of Jacksonville, for $340,000. Built in 2002 by the seller, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,680 square feet of living area.

River Oaks
Robert Doucette Jr. and Kathleen Doucette, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1511 Lambert Avenue to John and Freda Keegan, of Ormond Beach, for $266,000. Built by the sellers in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,778 square feet of living area.

John and Patricia Glauner, of Orlando, sold Unit 533 to Mark and Laurene Carroll, of New Hartford, N.Y., for $156,200. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $241,200.
