Ocean Hammock home sells for $1.8 million

A home in Ocean Hammock tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 24 to Jan. 28. Philip and Jeanette Chanfrau, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to Kevin and Eileen Van Fleet, of Greensburg, Pa., for $1.8 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool, elevator, summer kitchen and 6,118 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Janice Marret, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 45 Ellsworth Drive to Edward and Elizabeth Mummert, of Palm Coast, for $242,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 2,569 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Patrick Barclay and Dorothy Barclay, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 25 Marshview Lane to Evelyn Ring and Ari Waffle, both of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,104 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2006.

Lehigh Woods
Alba Vega, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Robinson Drive to Ancor Equity Corp. for $110,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,241 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,100 in 2002.

Andriy Markevych, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 17 Roller Lane to Loree Haines, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $238,000 in 2005.

SMT Properties Group LLC sold the home at 3 Roxland Lane to Gerard and Gail Unger, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,989 square feet of living area.

Wayne and Vera Pike, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Russell Drive to Jesse Stoner, of Palm Coast, for $166,500. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,831 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Woods
Isaac Rodrigues, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Lincoln Lane to Creighton Mitchell, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,276 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2005.

Palm Harbor
Frances Estevez, of Hyannis, Mass., sold the home at 7 Ferris Lane to Nikolay Yatsenko, of Palm Coast, for $50,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,000 in 2006.

Robert and Genevia Eggers, of Mountain City, Tenn., sold the home at 42 Filbert Lane to Sharon Haynes, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,673 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,800 in 2009.

Richard and Betty Schmied, of Greensboro, N.C., sold the home at 77 Folson Lane to Sharon Reid, of East Bridgewater, Mass., for $155,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,246 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 2000.

Phyllis Sturak, of Punxsutawney, Pa., sold the home at 202 Palmwood Drive to John and Amanda Vandenberg, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area.

Alexander Vorobyov and Irina Orlov, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Pittwick Lane to Kseniya Zdebskaya, of Palm Coast, for $86,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,473 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,900 in 2004.

Quail Hollow
George Enterprises of Palm Coast LLC sold the home at 33 Llewellyn Trail to Matthew and Nicole Carlock, of Palm Coast, for $153,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,876 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $263,000 in 2005.

Tidelands
Fannie Mae sold Unit 1013 at 190 Riverview Bend S. to Renato Alfonso, of Palm Coast, for $89,900. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,824 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2007.

Patrick Lasher and Lon Bryan, both of Jacksonville, sold Unit 1816 at 35 Riverview Bend S. to Donald Tobin Jr. and Shirley Tobin, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,858 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $587,500 in 2006.
