A fully-furnished house was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 6-12 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Utah Limited Liability Co., of Riverton, Utah, and others sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive to John Crandall Jr., of Laconia, New Hampshire, for $1,175,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,881 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $636,800. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Michael Gore and Lorie O’Neill, of Spring, Texas, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 806, to Donna Kirsch, of Palm Coast, for $695,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 3,406 square feet.

Belle Terre

Anthonius Vollering, individually and as trustee, sold 81 Panorama Drive to Andrea Prevatte and Akos Parge, of Palm Coast, for $309,900. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,379 square feet.

Gregory Miller, as trustee, sold 25 Panorama Drive to Charles Umpenhour, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,471 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $78,800.

Cypress Knoll

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 13 Eagle Harbor Trail to Veronica Porta and Edwina Porta, of Palm Coast, for $524,900. Built in 2014, the house is a 4/2/2 and has 2,423 square feet.

Orville and Jacqueline Troesch, of Spring Hill, sold 11 Eight Iron Place to Charles and JoAnn Lamb, of Palm Coast, for $440,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,347 square feet.

Charles and Kathleen Summa sold 14 Seminole Ave. to Allewis and Tania Greninger, of Palm Coast, for $376,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,234 square feet.
