A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 31 to Jan. 6 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Thomas and Margrit Salcito, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Hammock Beach Parkway to Christopher and Lahn Servello, of Palm Coast, for $1.06 million. Built in 2008, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,643 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $895,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Alan and Jacqueline Smith, of Castle Pines, Colorado, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 642, to L.E. Shepherd Jr., as trustee, for $695,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,246 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $535,000.
Daniel and Carolyn Duffy, of Ashburn, Virginia, sold 3510 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 101, to Cheri Pines, of Flagler Beach, for $278,000. Built in 1978, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,107 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $60,000.
Rosemary Hardman, of Flagler Beach, sold 1011 Ocean Marina Drive, Unit 1011, to KB Paradise Investments LLC, of Flagler Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1989, the condo is a 1/1 and has 804 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 10 Peppercorn Lane to Carl and Catherine Boiter, of Palm Coast, for $192,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.
