A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 19-25 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 878 Creekwood Drive to Phillip Zeidenberg, of Ormond Beach, for $540,875. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,565 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Louise Weadock, of Elmsford, New York, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1501, to Jeffrey and Pamela Nichoff, of Palm Coast, for $439,000. Built in 1991, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,161 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $775,000.
Leonard and Marnie Giancola, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold 5 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1433, to Mary Carter, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, for $317,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $388,800.
Dennis and Davena Akin, of Gallatin, Tennessee, sold 1300 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1315, to Lynn and Rachel Thompson, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,315 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $166,000.

Martha Luke, of West Branch, Iowa, sold 50 Banner Lane to Terrie Fess, of Palm Coast, for $185,900. Built in 2002, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $179,000.
