A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 26 to Jan. 1 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 210 Heatherwood Court to Kenneth and Lyriss Underwood, of Ormond Beach, for $581,831. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,553 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

William Edgington, of Orange Park, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 809, to Walter Mackey Jr. and Walter Mackey, of Palm Coast, for $385,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $464,500.

Douglas and Sharon Messner, individually and as trustees, sold 3580 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 502, to Debra Bader, of Flagler Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $108,500.

Susan Taber, of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, sold 40 Captains Walk, Unit 40, to Bruce Barbeau, of Palm Coast, for $224,000. Built in 1989, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,565 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $200,000.

Belle Terre

Jose and Maria Silveira, of Palm Coast, and Joseph Silveira sold 13 Princess Rose Drive to Jerome Mannino, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,642 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $131,500.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Pennypacker Lane to Jelisa Grenald-Touzalin, of Palm Coast, for $233,500. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,832 square feet.

George Cox sold 19 Prattwood Lane to Arthur and Kim Pigford, of Palm Coast, for $219,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $135,000.

John and Barbara Cummings sold 22 Country Club Harbor Circle to Lawrence and Elaine McCrimmon, of Palm Coast, for $362,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,367 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $335,000.

Cypress Knoll

Thomas and Carole Gray, of Saint James, New York, sold 50 Ellsworth Drive to Don and Cynthia Dawkins, Allison Gimbert and Brendan Dawkins, of Effingham, Illinois, for $287,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,173 square feet.

Scott Skrogstad, of Flagler Beach, sold 1203 S. Central Ave. to Denise Cornwell-Ezrin and Alvin Ezrin, of Flagler Beach, for $319,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,387 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $155,000.

Grand Haven

Keith McNeil and Michael Lumbra, of Palm Coast, sold 133 Waterside Parkway W. to Sherry Brumfield, of Palm Coast, for $269,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,970 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $259,900.

Dennis Lashbrook, of Palm Coast, sold 13 Breeze Hill Lane to Amanda Aucoin, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $175,000.

Gloria Churchill and Whitney Holden, individually and as trustee, sold 51 Ryberry Drive to Jessica Baker and Patricia Marino, of Davidson, North Carolina, for $281,900. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,472 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $203,700.
