NBC News correspondent Sara Haines visits Grand Haven Women's Club

Sara Haines, contributing correspondent for NBC News’ “TODAY Show,” was the guest speaker at the April 18 meeting of the Grand Haven Women’s Club. Haines is the daughter of Dick and Sandy Haines, of Palm Coast. She appears daily on the fourth hour of “TODAY,” alongside hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb.

Haines joined “TODAY” in 2002 as a production coordinator. She began online reporting in 2008 as host of Todayshow.com’s video blog, “Backstage Pass.” She has interviewed celebrity entertainers and actors and given viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the “TODAY Show.”

Haines told the Women’s Club aboutwith her rise in television through her years at NBC.
