The top selling residence for July 15-21 in Port Orange and South Daytona is a house in Spruce Creek Fly-In. John and Mary Peck, of Port Orange, sold 2033 King Air Court to Scott and Lynn Forscht-Buchart, of Port Orange, for $1,250,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, airplane hangar and 3,235 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $110,000.

 

Baywood

Bernard Simms, individually and as trustee, sold 5280 S. Nova Road to Ngoc Vu, of Port Orange, for $172,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $145,000.

 

Brandy Hills

McGregor Properties LLC, of Miami Shores, sold 175 Brandy Hills Drive to Shamus Schroeder, of Port Orange, for $224,700. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,304 square feet.

 

Tamara Langston, of Flushing, Michigan, sold 162 Brandy Hills Drive to Nicholas Wall, of Enterprise, Alabama, for $167,500. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $99,000.

 

Deep Forest

Mark Hansen sold 930 Bentwood Lane to Robert and Rebeca Mathis, of Port Orange, for $245,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,702 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $112,000.

 

Groves

Louis and Krisendaye Santiago sold 1414 Royal Grove Lane to Linda and Patrick Benedetto, of Port Orange, for $220,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,871 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $116,000.

 

Hidden Lake

Kimberly Summers sold 1313 W. Dexter Drive to Ruth Hopkins, of Port Orange, for $188,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,011 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $168,900.

 

Leisure Villas

Miguel Cintron, of Port Orange, sold 238 Leisure Circle to Joe and Ervie Otto, of Port Orange, for $225,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,686 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $105,000.

 

Rolling Hills Estates

Diplomat Property Manager LLC, of Chicago, sold 5955 Peggy Barrow Court to Erik and Kathryn Moeller, as trustees, for $725,000. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 5,700 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,225,000.

 

Spruce Creek Fly-In

William and Jacqueline Gogel, of Port Orange, sold 1941 Southcreek Blvd. to Kamel and Donia Arafa, of Port Orange, for $610,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,655 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $565,000.

 

Joseph Stenger III, of Chesapeake City, Maryland, sold 1897 Iris Lane, Unit 74, to James E. and Linda Countryman, of James C. Countryman, of Port Orange, for $165,000. Built in 1983, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,441 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $237,000.

 

Sweetwater Hills

Virginia Duzs, of Palm Coast, sold 729 Tumblebrook Drive to Vickie Wong, as trustee, for $166,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,485 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $55,000.

 

Taylor Woods

William and Theresa Winchester, of Port Orange, sold 1600 Taylorwood Drive to Matthias Bauer, of Cape Coral, for $180,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,619 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $120,000.

 

Waters Edge

Intervest at Waters Edge LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 6829 Forkmead Lane to Casey and Brittni Caudill, of Port Orange, for $406,920. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,912 square feet.

 

Soren Muller and Wanvipa Ruangpradit, of Buena Vista, Colorado, sold 6809 Plumpjack Court to Ryan and Jennifer Howard, of Port Orange, for $280,500. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,933 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $324,000.

 

Michael and Kisha Allen, of Scandia, Minnesota, sold 6517 Shahab Lane to Xiaohua He and Niu Zhang, of Port Orange, for $263,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,096 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $230,000.

 

Willow Lake

Michael and Suzanne Martens, of Lakeland, sold 85 Moonstone Court to Joseph and Collynn Owen, of Port Orange, for $127,500. Built in 1980, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,686 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $130,000.

Mary Parker sold 1154 Tracy Drive to Michael Richards, of Port Orange, for $216,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $73,900.

 

Rebecca Zipay and Lawrence Miller sold 1230 Justice St. to Tina Howard, of Port Orange, for $177,500. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $100,000.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Hannelore Spinney, individually and as trustee, sold 572 Dorset Circle to Laura Snider, of South Daytona, for $159,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $63,900.

 

Frances Sanders, of Daytona Beach, sold 2616 Anastasia Drive to GK Investments S. Daytona LLC, of Daytona Beach, for $112,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 728 square feet.

 

Joan Alescio, Giovaninia Hoague and Gordon Porter sold 1815 Biscayne Ave. to ENM Properties Group LLC, of Casselberry, for $98,235. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,478 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $85,000.

 

Steven Baker, of South Daytona, sold 2443 Anastasia Drive to Bienvenido and Rene Callanta, of South Daytona, for $87,900. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 728 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $55,000.
