According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for Feb. 11-17:

 

  • Home-based businesses: Original Medicine: Massage and Bodywork LLC, massage therapist; Residential Transformation Services, handyman service; Elena Cunningham, arts and crafts; Notariestogo, notary service; Town & Country Deliveries; unclassified personal service; Dale Clegg Fine Art, artist; Quality Shine, detailer for automobiles and boats.

 

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Feb. 11-17. Total number of permits issued: 234. Since January 2009, $841,513,777 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permits issued

KTM Builders was issued a $876,000 permit for alterations at Hobby Lobby, 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Suite 1100.

Batson-Cook Company was issued a $185,000 permit for site development on a three story, 32 bed addition at 60 Memorial Medical Parkway.

Mark Abbotts Custom was issued a $175,000 permit for alterations at Palm Nails, 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Suite 701.

Savitara LLC was issued a $160,000 permit for a 6,000 sq. ft. retail strip center in Town Center, 234 Central Ave.

 

Residential permits issued

Pinnacle Homes Corporation was issued $299,000 for a single-family residence at 43 Riverview Bend N.

Adams Homes was issued $216,000 for a single-family residence at 7 Wellstone Drive.

Seagate Homes was issued $196,000 for a single-family residence at 74 Ethan Allen Drive.

CEA Builders Corporation was issued $34,000 for an addition at 50 Rocking Horse Drive.

Commercial Construction was issued $18,000 for an addition at 18 Chatham Place.

Encompass Alum was issued $12,000 for an addition at 16 Ponderosa Lane.

New Coastal Homes was issued $8,000 for an addition at 26 Cortes Court.

Dailey Builders was issued $3,000 for an alteration at 25 Casper Drive.

Vincent Herrero was issued $2,000 for an alteration at 44 Frankford Lane.

Stephen Kenny was issued $1,000 for an alteration at 86 Beachway Drive.

 

Occupancy permit

Billie Jones was issued an occupancy permit for Preventative Health Services at 1 Florida Park Drive S., Unit 324.

Vito Morolla was issued an occupancy permit for Coworkz Office Space at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit C208.

Wayne Peters was issued an occupancy permit for Second Change Enterprises and Spherion Staffing at 1 Florida Park Drive S., Unit 332.
