She followed her husband to Chicago, starting in sales at Goldblatts to eventually becoming a vice president of United Jersey Bank branch, Randolph, NJ.

She had an intense love of reading, especially mystery novels, watching professional tennis, listening to Frank Sinatra, and playing marathon sessions of mahjong.

She was very devoted to God and put all her faith and trust firstmost in Him.

“Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.”

In her memory, donations can be made to Catholic Charities, St. Ignatius Loyola Church in Reading, PA and/or St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Palm Coast, FL, where she was an active parishioner.
