A Memorial Mass celebrating the life of Jose C. Tolentino, 75, of Palm Coast will be held on Saturday, June 7 2014 at 11:00 AM in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the mass in the memorial room of the church.
Mr. Tolentino, a resident of Palm Coast since 2007 coming from Chicago IL, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2014 in the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House.
He was born in the Philippines on May 19, 1935 a son of the late Pedro and Damiana Cruz Tolentino. He was a retired account for the Cook County Board of Health. Mr. Tolentino was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and enjoyed reading, playing golf, and working on his computer.
He is survived by his wife of over 48 years, Esther, a daughter, Maria Teresa Tolentino of Jersey City NJ, a daughter, Jonar Tolentino of Minneapolis MN, a granddaughter, Tera Nicole Tolentino, four sisters, Leticia Tolentino of Palm Coast, Lolita Alvarez and Luz Valeriano both of the Philippines and Clara Tolentino of Calif., a brother, Cezar Tolentino of Calif.
