Trulieve, a medical marijuana dispensary, is opening a store in Palm Coast, according to Victoria Walker, who handles community relations for the business.

The Palm Coast store, located at 28 Old Kings Road N., will be the 17th dispensary opened by Trulieve — all in Florida.

Trulieve, which currently has 100,000 patients and 1,600 qualifying physicians, offers qualified patients the largest selection of low- and high-THC products in the state with various delivery methods, including vaporizers, flower for vaporizing, tinctures, syringes, capsules, a nasal spray and a topical cream. There are also over 90 varieties of product available.

Construction for the Palm Coast location is nearly complete. A grand opening will be held after the dispensary passes a state inspection.

Walker added that the process for getting Trulieve to come to the area has been smooth.

"We have plans to be everywhere that our patients are just so they have easy access to their medication," she said. "Palm Coast was just a really important place for us to be."
