Medical clinic opens; church installs alarm system

A total of 86 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, July 14, and Wednesday, July 20.

An $3,656 commercial permit was issued to Jacksonville Sound & Communications Inc. for the installation of fire alarms in four portables at Christ the King Evangelical Church, at 5625 North U.S. 1 East.

One occupancy order was issued, as well, to Advanced Gastroenterology Health Care, at 309 Palm Coast Parkway.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Hausen Properties Inc., for a $32,000 addition to 46 Ryland Drive. Smaller renovation permits were also issued for additions and alterations in the F-, S- and R-sections.
