Marineland Beach home gets $910,000

A house on the beach in Marineland Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 17-23 in Flagler County. Caesar and Monica Campana, of Palm Coast, sold 7013 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Joseph and Elizabeth Tannelli, of Palm Coast, for $910,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, dune walk and 2,667 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $659,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Jeffrey Skimming, individually and as trustee, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 205, to Stephen and Carolyn Sharp, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $385,000.

Debra Wohlers, individually and as trustee, sold 300 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 109, to Walter and Rita Hasbeens, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $376,800.

Diane Rossi, individually and as trustee, sold 41 Hembury Lane, Unit 41, to Pablo and Lazara Miranda, of Palm Coast, for $152,000. Built in 1988, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $108,800.

Atlanta Beach

Joseph and Elizabeth Iannelli, of Palm Coast, sold 2660 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Chris and Stacy Juetten, of Flagler Beach, for $800,000. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, dune walk and 2,254 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $670,000.

Beach Haven

Deborah King, individually and as trustee, and Daniel King, of Palm Coast, sold 54 Hidden Treasure Drive to Lisa Horgan, of Palm Coast, for $560,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,663 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $459,000.

Belle Terre

Brian Baker, of Central, South Carolina, sold 27 Patchogue Lane to Lou and Saundra Martinez, of Palm Coast, for $194,900. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,176 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Daniel Coleman and Mark Coleman, individually and as trustees, sold 7 Eagle Place to Lezlie Lawson, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,671 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Nadine Block, individually and as trustee, sold 2 Rue Renoir to Kerry and Julie Bender, as trustees, for $635,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,747 square feet.

Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, sold 25 Via Roma to Daniel and Janet Fulga, as trustees, for $407,821. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,789 square feet.

Indian Trails

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 9 Barrister lane to Clifford and Teresa Keiser, of Palm Coast, for $248,430. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,117 square feet.

Robert Pennacchia, of Palm Coast, sold 61 Baltimore Lane to Lisa Hubach, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,779 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $192,500.

Scott Ehle, of Patchogue, New York, Brian Ehle, of Natick, Massachusetts, and Nancy Henderson, of Huntington, New York, sold 63 Bruce Lane to Charmaine McDonald, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $81,000.

Lehigh Woods

Brenda Aguilar, individually and as trustee, sold 22 Rymshaw Drive to Robert Flann, of Palm Coast, for $173,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,564 square feet.

Joseph Connell and Christy McCalip, of Middleburg, sold 2 Regina Lane to Juan Quintero, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,369 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $82,100.

David and Michelle Haynes, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Whitaker Place to Rhonda Juneau, of Palm Coast, for $199,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,716 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $133,100.

WJH LLC sold 21 Ryecroft Lane to Edna Walls-Henry, of Palm Coast, for $191,490. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,045 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Jorge and Maria Santos, of Palm Coast, sold 54 Hidden Treasure Drive to John Tavares, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, for $289,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,205 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $67,000.

Lee and Laura David, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Casper Drive to Francis and Ashley Demaio, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 1972, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,448 square feet.

Blue Crown Construction Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 60 Fountain Gate Lane to Vicki Berke, of Palm Coast, for $249,900. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,912 square feet.

Lee Collins, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Fairmont Lane to Michael and Eloise Johnston, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,349 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $76,500.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 43 Postwood Drive to Heulon and Claudia Barron, of Palm Coast, for $221,066. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,044 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Vincent Lamonica, of Flagler Beach, sold 1 Winchester Place to Jacqueline Ball-Gonzales, of Palm Coast, for $192,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,233 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $125,000.
