A man has been riding around town on a motorcycle, pulling up next to unsuspecting women and flashing them, according to a Sheriff’s Office news release.
Deputies are investigating four cases.
The man is described as young, possibly in his 20s; not tall, black and riding a black motorcycle. One victim described him as fit.
All of the incidents have occurred in the R-Section, the P-Section and the W-Section of Palm Coast between July 27 and Aug. 26.
In the first incident, on July 27, a woman out walking her dog on Rae Drive at about 9:09 p.m. said a man on a motorcycle with no headlight stopped near her, unzipped his pants and pulled his penis out, and asked her if she wanted to make $100. The woman ran home to call law enforcement. She described the man as about 20 and wearing a full-face motorcycle helmet.
On Aug 11, a woman walking her dogs on Westchester Lane reported that at about 5:20 p.m. a man on a motorcycle approached her, exposed himself and began rubbing himself while looking at her, then drove away.
Aug. 15, a woman was siting in her garage on Pinelynn Lane when a man walked form the side of her house to her driveway, between her parked cars, holding his penis in his hand. The man yelled for her husband, and the man ran. She described him to deputies as being black, young, about 5’1” to 5’3” tall, shirtless and with defined muscles. She didn’t see a motorcycle.
The most recent incident happened Aug. 26. A woman was walking her dog at Pinto Lane and Pin Oak Drive when a man riding a small motorcycle approached her, unfastened his pants and began masturbating in front of her. He sped off on the bike when she called 911. She described him as 5’8” or 5’9” and wearing a gray hoodie tied tightly around his face. She described the motorcycle as a dirt bike.
