PALM COAST — A total of 106 permits were applied for through the city between Thursday, April 7, and Tuesday, April 12.

The largest commercial entry of the week was a commercial permit issued to Royce Cornelison/P&C Construction for interior renovation to Pizza Hut, valued at $150,000. The address is 5290 State Road 100 E., Unit 103.

Three commercial certificates of occupancy were also issued, to Waterstar Demonstration Project, Noah’s Market and Clymer Funeral Home.

Occupancy permits were issued to Wilson Gun and Sound System Engineering, Inc., as well.
