On Monday, April 19, Lisa O’Grady, principal of Imagine School, and James Menard, assistant principal, hosted a Lunch Bunch with one representative from each class in fourth through eighth grades. They discussed the outcomes and responses on the annual Imagine Schools’ Student Character Survey. Recognizing that the students are a vital stakeholder group, their transparent, honest feedback helps to make the school community better each and every year.

During Lunch Bunch meetings, data was shared and discussed, and students had opportunity to be a voice for their peers, sharing what we can do to improve upon the school's service to them.

"Allowing students to have a voice always creates for very interesting dialogue and perspectives," the school reported. "We are thankful for a culture built on trust and valuing the opinions and voices of others."
