Lambert home tops sales at $600,000

A Lambert Avenue home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 23-30. Donald and Christine Deal, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1120 Lambert Ave. to Marvin and Melissa Clegg, of Flagler Beach, for $600,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a boat house, lift and dock and 3,928 square feet of living area.

Donald and Elizabeth Swaggerty, of Altamonte Springs, sold the home at 1222 S. Central Ave., for $219,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area.

Helen and James Davis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1329 N. Daytona Ave. to Jason and Andrea Schweizer, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,920 square feet of living area.

James and Penelope Williams, of Vero Beach, sold the home at 88 Edward Drive to Elliot and Marianne Caldwell, of Lake Ann, Mich., for $185,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,921 square feet of living area.

Luis and Constance Vallejo, of Chicago, sold the home at 27 Deerfield Court to Kevin and Andrea Samperi, of North Haven, Conn., for $162,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,307 square feet of living area.

Betty Robias, Barnett Tobias-El and Roxane Tobias, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Billing Place to SMT Properties Group LLC, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,277 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $225,000.

Arthur and Laura Bender, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 136 Bud Hallow Drive to Janette Loftin, of Palm Coast, for $118,900. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,624 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $90,000.
