A Lambert Ave. home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of June 9-15. Shannon Donnelly, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1700 Lambert Ave. to Margaret Bizub, of Kutztown, Pa., for $920,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a boat dock, house and lift and 4,503 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $935,000.
