A Lambert Avenue home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of June 16-22. Edward and Michelle Herrera, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1680 Lambert Ave. to James and Julie Eads, of Flagler Beach, for $830,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool, a summer kitchen, a boat lift, house and dock and 5,065 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 115 N. Palmetto Ave. to Brien and Debbie Zimmerman, of Dover Plains, N.Y., for $236,001. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,217 square feet of living area.

Belle Terre
Fannie Mae sold the home at 10 Paul Lane to Susan and Carl Warnander, of Columbia, N.J., for $97,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
James and Maureen Pellegrini, of Somers, Conn., sold the home at 3 Shinnecock Drive to Robert Valdez, of Palm Coast, for $262,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,903 square feet of living area.

Darlene Michener, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 43 Shinnecock Drive to Thomas Geydan, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,538 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $275,000.

Stephen and Deedra Shiver, of Nashville, Ga., sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 822, to Jerry Sauers, of Auburn, Calif., for $160,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area.

Michael and Barbara Tracey, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Brewster Lane to Robert and Elizabeth Craun, of Palm Coast, for $109,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet of living area.

Alessandro and Angelina Defrancisci, of Commack, N.Y., sold the home at 2 Belleaire Drive to Hedy Bonelli, of Palm Coast for $115,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,674 square feet of living area.

Gary and Louise Undt, of Brookhaven, N.Y., sold the home at 114 Breeze Hill Lane to Manuel and Norberta Xavier, of Shelton, Conn., for $127,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet of living area.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Atlanta, sold the home at 17 Richfield Lane to Gustavo and Gloria Perez, of Palm Coast, for $84,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,302 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $112,900.

Donna Walters, of Ridge, N.Y., sold the home at 9 Ryberry Place to Tracy and Crystal Norton, of Palm Coast, for $136,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,726 square feet of living area.

Lynn and Pierre Lemire, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 24 Rymshaw Drive to Justin and Francesca Dopp, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,255 square feet of living area.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Atlanta, sold the home at 64 Rockefeller Drive to Tanko Petkov, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $72,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,500 square feet of living area.

James and Molly Ponder, of West Melbourne, sold the home at 32 Riverview Drive to 32 Riverview LLC, a Florida limited liability company, of Palm Coast, for $120,600. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $200,000.

Brian and Kim Hammond, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 Angela Drive to Jose and Johanna Abarca, of Palm Coast, for $133,200. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,105 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 60 Russell Drive to Svetlana Deja, of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,535 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 6 Roxland Lane to Matthew and Catherine Cramer, of Palm Coast, for $159,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,957 square feet of living area.

Michael and Hilda Fatone, of Springhill, sold the home at 8 Louisburg Lane to Bryan Holley, of Palm Coast, for $137,800. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,036 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the condo at 54 Clubhouse Drive, Unit 105, to Vivian Austin, of Palm Coast, for $45,000. Built in 1977, it has one bedroom, one bath and 665 square feet of living area.
