Lady Bulldogs win Timberwolf Classic Tournament

The Flagler Palm Coast girls soccer team won the Timberwolf Classic Tournament this weekend, in Tallahassee.

The Lady Bulldogs went 3-0 in games Friday and Saturday, and improved their overall record to 12-0-1.

Friday night, FPC beat Niceville, 2-0, behind a goal from Miranda Campbell and a Niceville own goal on freshman Christen Barney’s shot.

FPC beat Pace, 2-1, Saturday morning, with goals from Campbell and Barney.

Saturday afternoon, FPC beat Pensacola Catholic, 3-0. Goals were scored by Campbell, Sarah DiLoreto and Gabi Giuliano.

Seniors Sam Salvatore and Campbell were chosen by opoosing coaches for the MVP/Sportsmanship award.

The Lady Bulldogs play 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at home against Seabreeze. This game was postponed from Monday, and will play Tuesday, weather permitting.
