Here are some statistical highlights from the previous week in sports:

10 minutes, 20 seconds — time it took Flagler Palm Coast’s girls 4x800-meter relay team to finish second on March 1, at the Lake Brantley Invitational. The relay team features Darien Halliday, Dina Knight, Sophia Clark and Anna Walls.

2 — personal bests set by Flagler Palm Coast track-and-field sprinter Marcel Williams on March 1, at the Lake Brantley Invitational. Williams finished sixth in the 200 meters (22.51 seconds) and fourth in the 400 meters (50.73 seconds).

5 — Flagler Attack Schoolboy wrestlers took first place in the Border Wars Tournament Feb. 28, held at Clay High School. First-place wrestlers were Michael DeAugustino, Avery Holder, Dillion Borges, James McCall and Tyone James. Seven other wrestlers finished in second through fourth place.

1 — runs all the Matanzas softball team needed to top St. Augustine, 1-0, on Feb. 28. Starting pitcher Brooklyn Jimeson picked up the win, tossing seven innings of no-run ball. Jimeson compiled six strikeouts and four walks while surrendering three hits. Morgan Lambert got on base all three at-bats. Savannah Drummonds scored Matanzas’ lone run in the sixth inning after she got on with a single, stole second and then scored on an error that allowed Lambert to reach first base.

Second — place the Belle Terre Bobcat Archery Team took at the National Archery in the Schools Program 2014 Florida State Tournament last month. The team, coached by Phil Drosdick, includes Justice Covert, Artemii Gavrilov, Summer Lambert, Aaron Wiggs, Matthew Santilli, Vitaliy Kavalenka, Vadim Kavalenka, Markel Hoffman, Joseph Mitrano, Aiden Harris, Jace Flippo, Nathan Irizarry, Avery Distler and Riley White.

4 — wins the Matnazas baseball team has in its first four games, including a 2-0 start in district play. The Pirates have nine seniors on this year’s team and will play Seabreeze two times this week in district games.
