Here are some statistical highlights from the previous week in sports:

4 — goals scored by Matanzas attackman Gunner Parson in the Pirates’ 12-6 win over Flagler Palm Coast last week in boys lacrosse. Parson added three assists. Matanzas’ other goals came from Christian Wilson (three), James Mayer (two), Storm Schalit (two) and Branden Dukes (one).

Six — Number of runs the Flagler Palm Coast baseball team scored in the sixth inning last week in a 10-1 win over First Coast. The Bulldogs were led by Todd Marcey’s two hits. Starting pitcher Brett Cain got the win in the complete game, scattering just four hits and surrendering one run.

Second — place Matanzas’ David Perez took in the 3,200 meters at the seventh-annual Deltona Invitational on March 14.

12 feet, 6 inches — height Jon Guilbe, of Matanzas, hit in the pole vault, taking first place at the seventh-annual Deltona Invitational track-and-field meet.

First — place the Imagine Sprit Team mini squad took in the elementary schools division at the Florida Cheer and Dance Daytona Dazzler on March 1, at Mainland High School. The Imagine Spirit might squad took firsts place in the middle schools division. Participants from the team also took first place in individual hip-hop, individual jump and stunt divisions. The team, which represents Imagine School at Town Center, is choreographed and coached by Wendy Wright.
