— strikeouts by Sean McManus on Tuesday in Bellevue University’s 10-3 win over Briar Cliff University. McManus, a Matanzas High School graduate, gave up just one run over five innings. His performance helped Bellevue win its 20th straight game.

— consecutive District 4-3A championships for Matanzas girls No. 1 tennis player Dominic Davis. She won the championship on two sets, 6-2 and 6-0. Davis advances to the state tournament.

4.9 — meters Flagler Palm Coast's Armani Walker leaped in the long jump at Tuesday's Flagler/Volusia Freshmen-Sophomore meet. Walker also finished first in the triple jump, second in the high jump and tied for eighth in the 200 meters.
