JUST IN: Matanzas taps former FPC assistant Ripley as football coach

PALM COAST — Matanzas has found its next head football coach.

Robert Ripley, a former assistant at Flagler Palm Coast and St. Augustine high schools, will take over the Pirates. Ripley will be the third football coach in Matanzas’ history.

Matanzas Athletics Director Bob Nocella confirmed the hire early Friday morning.
