Jamey “JuJu” Bennett Jr., a 19-year-old Palm Coast resident, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of Saturday, Feb. 5, at a party held in the woods near Old Kings Road.

To submit a tip to detectives, contact the FCSO at 386-313-4911 or [email protected], or call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-277-TIPS. A reward of up to $5,000 has been offered for information leading to an arrest.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Services Division is investigating.

FCSO deputies responded to a wooded area off of Old Kings Road North just before 2 a.m on Feb. 5.

Investigators say several dozen teenagers were at a party when an argument erupted, leading to the fatal shooting.

The FCSO is following leads. Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly is asking parents to speak with their children who may have been out last night and see if they witnessed anything.

“We are hoping that some of the people in attendance may have captured video of the incident and people that attended,” Staly said. “Parents, please speak with your children. Always know where your children are, who they are with and what they are doing. If they were out late last night, they may have the clue or video on their phone which could help us solve this case and find a killer.”

If you have any information about this incident, please contact the FCSO by calling 386-313-4911, email [email protected] or call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-277-TIPS.

A reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest has been offered by CrimeStoppers of Northeast Florida.
