Sixteen people were booked by deputies of the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office into the Flagler County Inmate Facility between 2:24 a.m. Friday, Oct. 7, and 5:26 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10. Two were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
