Island Estates house with dock, pool sells for $1.2 million

A house in Island Estates was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 21-27 in Flagler County. Barbara Wickham, individually and as trustee, sold 82 Island Estates Parkway to Nancy Nance and Richard Cannizzaro, of Palm Coast, for $1,273,000. Built in 1997, the house has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,489 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,925,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Warren and Catherine Crooks, of Marietta, Georgia, sold 25 Casa Bella Circle, Unit 1302, to Barbara Wickham, individually and as trustee, for $490,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $749,000.

Advanced Holdings Real Estate LLC, of Ocala, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 261, to Ernest Johnson, of Braselton, Georgia, for $338,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $861,500.

Eileen Tisdale sold 68 Veranda Way to Jeffrey and Jacinta Kay, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,369 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $250,000.

Beach Haven

Thomas and Patricia Scott, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Turtle Beach Drive to James and Patricia Egiziano, of Palm Coast, for $482,250. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,353 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $520,500.

Cypress Knoll

Jay and Jennifer Diaz, of Palm Coast, sold 33 Edison Lane to James Petty, of Palm Coast, for $189,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,497 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $164,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 114 Grand Reserve Drive to John and Gillian Day, of Bunnell, for $265,990. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 132 Fairway Court to Daryl and Krysta Vergara, of Bunnell, for $202,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 134 Golf View Court to Beverly Ward, of Bunnell, for $199,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,698 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

William and Mary Conner, individually and as trustees, sold 7 Valencia Court to Karl Holly, of Palm Coast, for $710,000. Built in 1999, the house has five bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,275 square feet.

Indian Trails

June Bethel, individually and as trustee, sold 125 Beachway Drive to Steven and Deanna LeBlanc, and Ronald and Marilyn LeBlanc, of Palm Coast, for $272,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,588 square feet.

Sarah Thompson, of Flagler Beach, sold 17 Bayside Drive to Riley and Brianna Prescott, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,192 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $165,000.

Acacio and Elizabeth Reis, individually and as trustees, sold 36 Bellevue Lane to Suzanne and Timothy McInnes, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,102 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $75,000.

Margarita Sabogal, individually and as trustee, sold 20 Brushwood Lane to Donna Long, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,364 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Helen Tetrault, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Collingville Court to Kimberly Chaput, of Frankfort, Illinois, for $285,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 1,854 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $215,000.

Pine Lakes

Maria Moore, of Palm Coast, sold 1 Wynnfield Drive to James and Monique Futch, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,258 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $259,900.

Loek Laurier sold 42 Cedar Point Drive to Mark and Deborah Shepard, of Gloversville, New York, for $200,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,464 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $111,600.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 1 Squire Court to Mary Eller, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet.

Timothy Howson, Kelly Lotz and Peggy Havlicek sold 13 Service Berry Place to Natalie and Paris Scott, of Palm Coast, for $192,500. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,860 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $185,000.
