Island Estates home tops list at $805,000

An Island Estates home tops the list of all Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of April 30 to May 4. Edward Mahoney, of Camarillo, Calif., sold the home at 70 Island Estates Parkway to John Smith, of Palm Coast, for $805,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 3,747 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Jesse Turner III, of Feurabush, N.Y., Jill Mengel, of Westerlo, N.Y., and Jeanne Turner, of Delmar, N.Y., all sold the home at 1408 Daytona Ave. S. to Cheryl Langley, Flagler Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,092 square feet of living area.

Venice Park
Daniel O’Donnell, of Chicago, sold the home at 112 Lantana Ave. to William Rosado and Janean Rimes, of Palatine, Ill., for $175,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,392 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Kathleen Tomlinson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Lagare St. to David and Shelly Mazzone, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It sold for $260,000 in 2008.

Indian Trails
Nicole Minaudo, of Stratford, Conn., sold the home at 6 Baltimore Lane to Hollis and Ruby Harris, of Gallatin, Tenn., for $70,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,522 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $110,000.

David Strachan sold the home at 36 Bannerwood Lane to Worldwide Alliance LLC for $63,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,140 square feet of living area. It sold for $175,000 in 2006.

Norman Meadows II and Christine Meadows, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 45 Barkwood Lane to William and Susan Kormanik, of New Marlboro, Mass., for $118,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,737 square feet of living area. It sold for $225,000 in 2005.

Robert and Milbrey Bartholow sold the home at 21 Barrington Drive to Alberto and Frances Aponte, of Rochester, N.Y., for $160,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,983 square feet of living area. It sold for $127,500 in 2001.

Daniel and Joanne Malloy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 60 Brookside Lane to Eldon Crawford, of Muskegon, Mich., for $140,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,898 square feet of living area. It sold for $147,900 in 2002.

Margarita and Mark Vost, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 81 Bruce Lane to Donald and Tina Price, of Albany, Ohio, for $69,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area. It sold for $86,000 in 2003.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 18 Burgess Place to Richard and Evelyn Stevens, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,896 square feet of living area. It sold for $359,000 in 2007.

Matanzas Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 27 Louisville Drive to Elio and Maria Tavares, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,209 square feet of living area. It sold for $275,000 in 2006.

Palm Harbor
Gregory Dentler and Marjorie, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Cloverdale Court S. to John Morris, of Jacksonville, for 146,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a pool and 1,918 square feet of living area. It sold for $156,000 in 2001.

Evelyn Anderson, of Bernardsville, N.J., sold the home at 5 Colleen Court to James and Laurel Dickenson, of Radford, Va., for $255,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,176 square feet of living area.

HSBC Bank USA sold the home at 11 Conley Court to Socrates Navotas, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a boat dock, a boat house and 2,556 square feet of living area. It sold for $420,000 in 2004.

Thomas Trayer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Crow Court to Hyde Lotter and Mary Byrne, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and 2,226 square feet of living area.

Bruce and Jane Clendenin, of Greenville, Tenn., sold the home at 111 Farragut Drive to Hollis and Ruby Harris, of Gallatin, Tenn., for $62,500. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,087 square feet of living area.

Quail Hollow
Kurt and Katherine Herold, of West Palm Beach, sold the home at 25 Kathleen Trail to Jose and Alicia Saucedo, of Flagler Beach, for $120,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,184 square feet of living area. It sold for $249,400 in 2005.
