A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Feb. 21 to Feb. 25. U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 50 Island Estates Parkway to Susan Faulkner, of Waxhaw, N.C., for $925,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock, a boat house and 4,605 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Gordon and Justine Major, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 80 Providence Lane to Theodore Van Beveren, of Palm Coast, for $72,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,900 in 2005.

Cypress Knoll
Fannie Mae, a Dallas company, sold the home at 72 Edward Drive to Leslie Johnsen, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2007.

Grand Haven
George and Paula Foggia, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 36 North Park Circle to Bernadette Scanlon, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2009.

Michael and Davene Sherman, of Matawan, N.J., sold the home at 36 Waterview Drive N. to Stephen and Jill Honeycomb, of Glastonbury, Conn., for $725,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen, a boat dock, a boat house, a boat lift and 3,825 square feet of living area.

Frank Ponticelli and Deborah Logan, both of Whitestone, N.Y., sold the home at 4 Hidden Lake Way to William Costigan Jr. and Helen Costigan, of Palm Coast, for $242,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,047 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2006.

Hammock Dunes
Morris and Kathryn Nunn, of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., sold the home at 4 San Gabriel Way to Timothy and Anne Rask, of Houston, for $600,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2010.

Indian Trails
Patricia Young, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 110 Bayside Drive to Robert Norris, of Palm Coast, for $60,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,699 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Thermicia and Rameau Francois, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 27 Roxbury Lane to Ray and Sondra Henderson, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $163,900 in 2005.

Matanzas Woods
Sayfudin Isabaev and Nargiza Isabaeva, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 104 Lamancha Drive to Gary and Icedel June for $120,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,459 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000.

Paul and Cathy Kukiela, of Dundee, Mich., sold the home at 119 Laramie Drive to Jesse and Layna Kocorowski, of Palm Coast, for $187,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,850 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,100 in 2005.

Clifford Pierre, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 60 Lee Drive to William and Katherine Drobinski, of New Britain, Conn., for $95,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,543 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2005.

Ocean Hammock
Michael Buckley, of Akron, N.Y., sold Unit 1162 at 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way to Mary and Michael Callaghan, of Western Springs, Ill., for $200,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $592,500 in 2005.

Palm Harbor
Leonard Winter, of Bailey, Colo., sold the home at 26 Casper Drive to Susan Slater, of Palm Coast, for $55,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 838 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $50,000 in 1986.

Gail Palmer, of Maxton, N.C., sold the home at 22 Crossbow Court to John and Constance Valarinos, of Jacksonville, for $250,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,976 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2001.

Pine Grove
Joseph Bucci, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 34 Pilgrim Drive to Lyudmila Mineyeva and Valeriy Mineyev, of Elizabeth, N.J., for $87,430. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,378 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,000 in 2007.

Pine Lakes
Timothy Price sold the home at 11 Westfalls Lane to Rafael and Maria Rivera, of Palm Coast, for $88,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,013 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,100 in 2005.

Fannie Mae, a Dallas corporation, sold the home at 40 Westminster Drive to Dennis and Laura Fragala, of Palm Coast, for $132,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a summer kitchen and 1,744 square feet of living area.

John Wenz Jr. and Samantha Wenz, of Bunnell, sold the home at 21 White Feather Lane to Michael and Kathy Knowlton, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,226 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $99,900 in 2008.

Quail Hollow
Branch Banking and Trust Company, a North Carolina banking corporation, sold the home at 7 Regent Lane to Zaida Carrion and Ramon Rohena-Diaz, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,179 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,900 in 2005.

Seminole Woods
Keith and Kate Goeringer, of Franklin, Tenn., sold the home at 19 September Place to Joyce and Kim NG, of Bloomfield, N.J., for $139,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,176 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2006.

Frank Barbagallo, of Plantation, sold the home at 42 Smith Trail to Phillip and Carol Stacy, of Garfield, Ark., for $69,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,600 in 2005.

Surf Club
Rhonda Osborn, of Shorewood, Ill., sold Unit 517 at 60 Surfview Drive to Steven and Diane Hyman, of Orange Park, for $289,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $369,900 in 2004.
