Island Estates home sells for $880,000

An Island Estates home on the Intracoastal Waterway tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Dec. 30–Jan 5. Paul and Nina DiBartolo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 96 Island Estates Parkway to Bruce and Barbara Mistarz, of Gainesville, Ga., for $880,000. Built by the sellers in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a boat dock and 4,677 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Dupont Estates
Frederick Mioducki, of Longwood, sold the home at 6565 Old A1A to Christian Koch, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,334 square feet of living area.

Palm Coast Plantation
Fifth Third Bank sold the home at 87 Emerald Lake Drive to Jeffrey and Jennifer Depiero, of Palm Coast, for $316,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,452 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach
Anthony Bassile and Marianne Bassile, of Orlando, sold condominium Unit 1414 of The Villas at Hammock Beach, 5 Ocean Crest Drive, to Varstagg LLC, of West Milford, N.J., for $195,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $480,200.

Hammock Dunes
Philip O'Connor and Charlotte O'Connor, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 803 of Casa Bella, 105 Avenue De La Mer, to Francois and Diane Veilleux, of Boucherville, Quebec, for $450,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,480 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $600,000.
Paul Guenther and Marcia Guenther, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 405 of Tuscany at Hammock Dunes, 85 Avenue De La Mer, to Paul and Nina Dibartolo, of Palm Coast, for $805,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,417 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $1,020,000.

Catalina Court LLC, of Winter Park, sold the home at 24 Pamela Parkway to Richard and Deborah Abraham, of Palm Coast, for $298,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,982 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $475,000.

Roberta Weiland, of Palm Coast, sold Unit C-227 of Residences at European Village, 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, to Robert and Mary Wheeler, of Marshall, Mich., for $49,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,125 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $65,000.
AAE Holdings LLC, of Palm Coast, sold Unit A-312 of Residences at European Village, 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, to Teresa Lindquist, of Palm Coast, for $45,000. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, one bath and 670 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $45,000.

Grand Haven
Thomas and Eileen Hayward, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 29 Lakeside Drive to Juan and Raquel Scornik, of Gainesville, for $350,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,625 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $457,400.

D.R. Horton, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 15 Graham Trail to Mark and Shellie Zimmerman, of Palm Coast, for $198,000. Built by the seller in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,062 square feet of living area.

Cassandra Dwyer, of Clermont, sold the home at 73 Bainbridge Lane to Theodore and Fernanda Brum, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,341 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $120,000.
Tatiana Kozak, of Palm Coast, sold the home at31 Belvedere Lane to Vitaliy and Vanda Savchenkova, of South San Francisco, Calif., for $114,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,426 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $217,400.
