Island Estates home sells for $820,000

An Island Estates home on the Intracoastal Waterway topped the week’s sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of April 9 to April 13. HSBC Bank USA sold the home at 72 Island Estates Parkway to Alexey Lysich, of Palm Coast, for $820,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a sauna, a pool, a dock, a boathouse and 5,823 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $2.3 million.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Richard Wakefield, of Waldorf, Md., sold the home at 1619 Daytona Ave. S. to Barry and Joan Harris, of Highland, Ill., for $205,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,463 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $170,000.

Plantation Bay
Ginger Richards, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 47 Meadow Brooke Court to Peter and Carol Monachese, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,185 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $433,200.

Surf Club
Tom Carmichael Jr., of Tifton, Ga., sold Unit 307 of Surf Club II Condominium to John Sims Jr., also of Tifton, Ga., for $235,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach III LLC sold condominium Unit 762-F of Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach to 1972 Blue Devil Properties LLC of Duluth, Ga., for $475,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Magnolia Manor
Fannie Mae sold the home at 9 Shady Lane N. to David Metz, of Palm Coast, for $35,100. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,255 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $139,000.

Ocean Hammock
Kevin Kravantka, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Northshore Ave. to Robert and Delane Buck, of Lake Mary, for $500,000. Built by the seller in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,378 square feet of living area.

Richard Dodd and Katherine Dodd, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 2 Weldon Way to John Extrom, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built by the seller in 1971, it has two bedrooms, one bath, a dock, a boathouse and 1,350 square feet of living area.

Dwight and Colleen Robertson, David Fournier and Beth Schilling, of Duluth, Ga., sold the home at 10 Captains Court to Robert and Lisa Goodwin, of Hyannis, Mass., for $450,000. Built by the sellers in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,792 square feet of living area.
