U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 182 Island Estates Parkway to Bradley and Jill Hunt, of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, for $790,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool, a boat dock and 4,161 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $1.9 million.
