A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Nov. 22 to Nov. 26.

Lee Daniels, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 171 Island Estates Parkway to Pavel Guguchev and Katia Gugucheva, of Winter Park, for $730,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a boat dock, a boat house, a pool and 4,217 square feet of living area.

BEVERLY BEACH
Oceanside
Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. sold Unit 313 at 2450 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to Maria and Wildes Actis, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,749 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Christine Apetz, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1203 Central Ave. S. to Christine Altman, of Statesboro, Ga., for $107,000. Built in 1960, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 859 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $242,000 in 2005.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Marie Groves and James Thompson, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Ziegfeld Place to Nancy Ward, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $204,900 in 2005.
 

Grand Haven
Frederic and Joyce Cole, of Palm Coast, sold Unit C203 at 200 Riverfront Drive to Chemconsult LLC for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,762 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,400 in 2006.

Hammock Beach
Richard and Kathryn Strand, of Alpharetta, Ga., sold Unit 1442 at 5 Ocean Crest Drive to Eddie Jawad, of Gross Pointe, Mich., for $250,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $472,300 in 2005.

Indian Trails
Dorothy Gonzales, of Langhorn, Pa., sold the home at 28 Bayside Drive to Alberta Da Silva and Clementina Da Silva, of Kearny, N.J., for $160,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2006.
 

Viatchlav Tukhtin and Irina Tukhtina sold the home at 29 Bickwick Lane to James Walton, of Palm Coast, for $92,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,852 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $214,900 in 2006.

Lehigh Woods
Derek and Jennifer Karcich, of Deep River, Conn., sold the home at 15 Royale Lane to Elizabeth O’Neill, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,800 in 2005.
 

Lioudmila Titous, of Warrington, Pa., sold the home at 29 Riverside Lane to Roman and Yaroslava Vorobets, of Watervliet, N.Y., for $113,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,048 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $243,400 in 2005.
 

Progressive Contractors Inc. sold the home at 21 Riviera Estates Court to Dennis and Joy Migliaro, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,608 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $216,200 in 2006.
 

Joseph Beckler and Molly Prince, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 66 Ryberry Drive to Leslie Groves, of Palm Coast, for $105,200. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $164,000 in 2008.

Matanzas Woods
Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 16 Lincoln Lane to Isaac Rodrigues, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,276 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2005.
 

Gregory Sanders, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 23 Leaver Drive to Joseph Sbarbaro and Evelyn Levine, both of Palm Coast, for $142,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2006.

Palm Harbor
Sarah Weissbard and Maria Schenker, of Sugar Grove, N.C., sold the home at 14 Claridge Court N. to Li Wang and Tong Hai Zhao, of Palm Coast, for $258,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,066 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,000 in 2003.
 

Dolores Hickey, of Grenloch, N.J., sold the home at 7 Fairview Lane to Royce and Geneva Harris, of Cookeville, Tenn., for $72,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $51,000 in 1980.
 

Verneal Corbett, of Woodbridge, Va., sold the home at 107 Fort Caroline Lane to Nazzareno and Anna DiPerna, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Ellen and Hristos Katehis, of Newark, N.J., sold the home at 30 Princeton Lane to Fernando and Maria Mertola, of East Brunswick, N.J., for $117,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,831 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $199,900 in 2007.

Pine Lakes
Sergey Glagolev, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 White Deer Lane to Jose Reyes, of Palm Coast, for $149,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,879 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2006.

Quail Hollow
Angelo Solazzo sold the home at 71 Kankakee Trail to Michael Maltese Jr. and Francesca Maltese, of Massapequa, N.Y., for $150,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,384 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,000 in 2004.

Seminole Woods
BAC Home Loans Servicing sold the home at 5 Sedgefield Path S. to Flagler Homes Services Corp. for $129,100. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $283,900 in 2006.

Surf Club
The Bank of New York Mellon sold Unit 701 at 60 Surfview Drive to William Strawn, of Gainesville, for $277,251. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $660,900 in 2005.

Tidelands
Fannie Mae sold Unit 914 at 200 Riverview Bend S. to Ronald and Bernardita Crealese, of Jacksonville, for $100,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,824 square feet of living area.
 

Gilbert and Jayne Lieber sold Unit 222 at 15 Riverview Bend N. to Joseph Vitale, of New York, N.Y., for $80,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,461 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $434,900 in 2006.
