Island Estates home sells for $550,000

An Island Estates home in Hammock Dunes topped the list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of June 25 to June 29. Bank of New York sold the home at 25 Island Estates Parkway to Confederate States Exports Inc., of St. Augustine, for $550,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a mother-in-law/maid suite, a pool, a dock, a boat house and 3,611 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1,464,500.

FLAGLER BEACH
Aliki Gold Coast
Daniel Boccia, of Fort Lee, N.J., sold the townhouse at 1404 Central Ave. N. to Keith and Donna Brown, of Lake City, for $200,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It sold in 1979 for $59,000.

Atlanta Beach
Elizabeth Taylor, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 307 27th St. S. to Alan and Martha Company, of Flagler Beach, for $229,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,920 square feet of living area.

Ocean Palm
Frances Halpin, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 260 Ocean Palm Drive to Charles and Susan Mitchell, of Jacksonville, for $355,144. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa, a dock and 2,205 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $220,000.

Armand Beach
Jay and Rosemary Fischer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Mahoe Drive S. to Kim Mayer and Kathryn Mayer, of Toms River, N.J., for $359,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,704 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $354,000.

Cinnamon Beach
Timothy and Ellen Hazo, of Newburyport, Mass., sold condominium Unit 523 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock to Steven and Suzanne Harrison, of Oviedo, for $315,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $710,000.

Francis Dixson and Sarah Dixson, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 2702/2703 of La Grande Provence to Margaret Barrett, of Northfield, Ill., for $547,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,068 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $686,000.
