Island Estates home sells for $1.4 million

A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of May 9 to May 13.

Lawrence and Eileen O’Reilly, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 146 Island Estates Parkway to Robert and Elena Shagawat, of Johns Island, S.C., for $1,400,000.

Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a pool, a summer kitchen, two boat docks, a boat house, a boat lift and 5,581 square feet of living area.
