A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of May 9 to May 13. Lawrence and Eileen O’Reilly, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 146 Island Estates Parkway to Robert and Elena Shagawat, of Johns Island, S.C., for $1.4 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a pool, a summer kitchen, two boat docks, a boat house, a boat lift and 5,581 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
Colony Park
Christopher and Katie Hansen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 805 Anderson St. N. to Frank and Dorothy Germack, of Bunnell, for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,989 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Paul Fagan and Kathy Fagan, both of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1946 Daytona Ave. N. to Paul Charello and Judy Charello for $143,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,806 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $82,000 in 1998.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Sea Colony
Marie Simpson, of Monrovia, Calif., sold the home at 6 Avalon Terrace to Michael and Carolyn Oyenarte, of Gainesville, for $191,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $148,200 in 1989.

HAMMOCK DUNES
Island Estates
J. Todd and Catherine Buch, of Langhorne, Pa., sold the home at 87 Island Estates Parkway to Jonathan and Linda Lizotte, of Trumbull, Conn., for $890,000. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and 4,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2007.

Hammock Beach
Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 683-J at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to Robert Johnson and Candice Hadley, of Oswego, Ill., for $720,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
HSBC Bank USA sold the home at 66 Pebble Beach Drive to Trevor Martin and Helen Danis, of Keystone Heights, for $42,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,041 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $143,100 in 2005.

Cypress Knoll
Allan and Eloise Patterson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 187 Eric Drive to Richard Chapman, Robert Cavadi, and Allen Chapman, all of Central Islip, N.Y., for $155,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $167,000 in 1994.

Indian Trails
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 12 Beechwood Lane to Raymond and Donna Lind, of Palm Coast, for $70,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $151,000 in 2005.

Lehigh Woods
Elaine Genest, of East Providence, R.I., sold the home at 1 Ripley Place to Arthur and Frances Barton, of Wantagh, N.Y., for $155,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,946 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Woods
Robert Slingland and Virginia Slingland both sold the home at 1 Lake Charles Place to Frank and Claudia Wollstein, of Leesburg, Va., for $204,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,227 square feet of living area.

Gregory and Blanca Rivera, of Lake Worth, sold the home at 51 Louisiana Drive to Kenneth and Angela Kay, of Palm Coast, for $108,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,174 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2005.

Palm Harbor
Peter Sherman and Michele Sherman, both of St. Augustine, sold the home at 12 Cedarview Court to Clayton and Dawn Fullerton, of St. Augustine, for $225,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,457 square feet of living area.

Brian and Amy Grabowski, of Wolcott, Conn., sold the home at 106 Cimmaron Drive to Gary and Raisa Iversen, of Raleigh, N.C., for $174,900. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $257,000 in 2003.

Ronnie McGraw Jr. and Monica McGraw, of Miami, sold the home at 65 Farmsworth Drive to Michelle Heick, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,896 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2006.

Louis Gentile, Joseph Gentile, and Steven Gentile, all of Ocala, sold the home at 97 Farragut Drive to Toni Rapicka, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,884 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $83,000 in 1987.

Kathleen Reynolds and Sara Reynolds Langford, both of Spring, Texas, sold the home at 28 Fernwood Lane to Postscript Ventures Inc. for $115,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $70,000 in 1998.

Pine Grove
Violet Hill, of Pompano Beach, sold the home at 30 Pilgrim Drive to Eugene and Virginia Egleston, of Middletown, Ohio, for $103,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,900 in 2004.

Edward and Linda Nagy, of DeLand, sold the home at 10 Pine Brook Drive to Todd and Bonnie Glasford, of Ocala, for $142,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,858 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2007.

Pine Lakes
Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 35 White Dove Lane to Thomas and Penny Malinofsky, of South River, N.J., for $132,056. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet of living area.

Jean and Edelze Theodule, of Miami, sold the home at 6 White Hawk Place to Youri and Irina Pinaev, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 2004.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 12 Wood Arbor Lane to Robert and Patricia Falvey, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,123 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,400 in 2005.

Brandon and Michelle Leach, of Big Pine Key, sold the home at 32 Woodlawn Drive to Edward Turner, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,132 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,500 in 2002.

Quail Hollow
Hancock Bank sold the home at 21 Kathleen Trail to Roger and Sarah Sieling, of Columbus, Ohio, for $136,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,332 square feet of living area.

Seminole Woods
Nicholas and Sarah Ulrich, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Slipper Flower Path E. to Allen and Betty Pelley, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,993 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $216,400 in 2008.
