A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of April 25 to April 29.
Cindy Spallone, of Hillsboro Beach, sold the home at 110 Island Estates Parkway to Frank Hohmann, of Pocono Lake, Pa., for $1,211,500. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen, a boat dock, a boat house and 5,233 square feet of living area.

Ralph Carrier, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 122 Parkview Drive to Gerald and Eleanor Bennett, of Kimberling City, Mo., for $108,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,312 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $80,000 in 1999.
Cypress Knoll
Vadim Yagyayevand and Olga Yagyayev sold the home at 74 Edward Drive to Aleksandr Nepomnyashchiy for $156,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,129 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2006.
Grand Haven
Leslie Good, of Beaufort, S.C., sold the home at 48 Southlake Drive to Grit Ellis, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and $2,183 square feet of living area.

Deborah Wilson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 35 Bressler Lane to Mary Clarke and Ivan Clarke, both of Haverstraw, N.Y., for $135,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,098 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $139,000 in 2003.

Alexander Gourin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Reindeer Lane to Vickey Heckert and Marjorie Burns, both of Daytona Beach, for $130,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,262 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $283,300 in 2006.
Household Finance Corp. III sold the home at 34 Russkin Lane to Lindsay and Joan Ehlers, of Palm Coast, for $152,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool and 2,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 2004.
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 15 Ryarbor Drive to Ronanld and Diane Gaudelli, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 2005.
Hill Family Realty LLC sold the home at 12 Rykill Way to Dawn Noe, of Palm Coast, for $67,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,120 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $147,500 in 2004.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 76 Kentucky Ave. to Ronald Lewis Jr., of Bunnell, for $77,900. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2005.
Marineland Acres
Robert and Alberta Falconetti, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 63 Moody Drive to Uwe and Linda Ross, of Lansdale, Pa., for $725,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,594 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2001.
