Island Estates home sells for $1.16 million

A home in Island Estates topped the list of Flagler County residential real estate transactions Feb. 13 to Feb. 17. Arthur and Bonnie Lamay, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 142 Island Estates Parkway to Andy Borg Jr. and Kimberly Borg, of Duluth, Minn., for $1.16 million. Built by the sellers in 2001, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a boat house and 6,617 square feet of living area.

Cochran Place
Thomas Mulligan, Jacqueline Mulligan and Scott Mulligan, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1205 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to Darren and Janice Chambers, of Douglas Ga., for $290,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,140 square feet of living area.

George Moody
Jeanette Wagner, of New Cumberland, Pa., sold the home at 1221 Central Ave. to Peter and Gail McPhail, of Oxford, Ga., for $140,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,242 square feet of living area. It sold in 1990 for $57,500.

Guy and Tammy Lachapelle, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 2840 Central Ave. to Michael Feloney, of Omaha, Neb., for $325,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,909 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $825,000.

Charles and Margaret Chantry, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 119 Lantana Ave. to Michael Pugliese, of Flagler Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,040 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $262,000.

Anthony and Frances Scaffedi, of East Moriches, N.Y., sold the home at 8 Mockingbird Lane to Daniel and Jacqueline O’Connell, of Greensboro, N.C., for $154,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It sold in 1988 for $65,000.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold Unit 711 of Surf Club III Condominium to James Karl and Michelle Karl, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,455 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $374,500.

St. Johns
Robin and Magdalena Bairstow, of Fairfax, Va., sold the home at 392 County Road 80 to Blake Bunte and Courtney Green, of Bunnell, for $145,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pole barn, a shed and 2,288 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $165,000.
