Island Estates home sells for $1.15 million

A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of July 4 to July 8. Richard and Marilyn Overgaard, of Milford, N.Y., sold the home at 32 Island Estates Parkway to Victor and Svetlana Adamovich, of Palm Coast, for $1.15 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool, a summer kitchen, two boat docks, an elevator and 4,884 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Lakeside at Matanzas Shores
Raymond and Elizabeth Peterson, of Towanda, Pa., sold the home at 12 San Pedro Court to Richard and Karen Blomster, of Brandon, for $183,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,590 square feet of living area. It sold for $123,300 in 1996.

Oakview Acres
Frank Gennotti, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 3304 John Anderson Highway to Joseph and Melanie Thompson, of Flagler Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,448 square feet of living area. It sold for $57,100 in 2002.

HAMMOCK DUNES
Melvin and Aileen Field, and David Diamond, all of Winter Park, sold Unit 511 at 95 Ocean Crest Drive to Manuel Assena, of Kearny, N.J., for $235,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet of living area. It sold for $586,300 in 2005.

Fannie Mae sold Unit 469 at 102 Yacht Harbor Drive to Steven and Kathryn Ruth, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet of living area. It sold for $549,000 in 2007.

Regions Bank sold Unit 164 at 102 Yacht Harbor Drive to John Rainey, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet of living area. It sold for $534,000 in 2007.

Grand Haven
John and Karen Cohen, of Setauket, N.Y., sold the home at 79 River Trail Drive to John and Eva Wesolowski, of Pomona, N.Y., for $320,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,737 square feet of living area.

Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 41 Marlin Drive to Slavko and Angela Vukovic, of Palm Coast, for $211,500. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,649 square feet of living area.

Shoals Plaice LLC sold the home at 7 Deerfield Court to Gary and Karen Flynn, of Erskine, Minn., for $190,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a summer kitchen, a spa and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold for $220,000 in 2009.

Indian Trails
Tatyana Demina, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 31 Beaverdam Lane to Natalia Siriak, of Palm Coast, for $93,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It sold for $257,000 in 2006.

Glenn Fairchild, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 Big Bear Lane to JoAnn Vinson, Sharon D’Amelio and Louis D’Amelio, all of Manassas, Va., for $138,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,547 square feet of living area. It sold for $159,400 in 2003.

Eugenii Monkevitch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 54 Regency Drive to James Dunton Jr. and Colleen Dunton, of Palm Coast, for $129,900. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,265 square feet of living area. It sold for $190,400 in 2005.

Laura Badala and Douglas Spiering, both of Clayton, N.C., sold the home at 13 Rolland Lane to Alexander Landolina and Mary Landolina, both of Walden, N.Y., for $103,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet of living area. It sold for $189,900 in 2004.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 5 Royal Tern Lane to Jeanine Letcher, of Palm Coast, for $74,900. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,325 square feet of living area. It sold for $81,500 in 2001.

First Bank sold the home at 115 Ryberry Drive to Fernando Faria, of Palm Coast, for $76,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,349 square feet of living area. It sold for $185,000 in 207.

Matanzas Woods
Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold the home at 44 Langdon Drive to Sandra Buchite, of Port Charlotte, for $114,900. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet of living area. It sold for $86,900 in 2002.

Palm Harbor
James McIntyre and Andrea McIntyre, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Sentry Oak Place to Americo and Esmeralda Costa, of Palm Coast, for $410,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 2,685 square feet of living area.

Joel Katz, Isabelle Katz Pinzler, and Jeanne Katz sold the home at 25 Colonial Court to Monica Smith, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,912 square feet of living area.

Dennis Shea sold the home at 2 Blairmore Place to Gregory Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $50,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,263 square feet of living area. It sold for $59,000 in 2000.

Pine Lakes
Jorge and Isabel Fundora, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 94 Wellington Drive to Elie and Nadine Sidawi, of Palm Coast, for $98,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,844 square feet of living area. It sold for $148,000 in 2003.

Charles and Margaret Stanley, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 95 Westbury Lane to Earl Spencer Jr. and Barbara Spencer, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,127 square feet of living area.

Vladimir Reznic, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 58 White Hall Drive to Jaimie and Irena Marks, of Harrington, Del., for $83,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,535 square feet of living area. It sold for $220,000 in 2005.

Mary Ann Homrosky sold the home at 15 Woodston Lane to Alyssa Viola, of Palm Coast, for $85,500. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,157 square feet of living area. It sold for $59,000 in 1989.

Herbert and Judith Woolf, of Easton, Pa., sold the home at 42 Westlee Lane to James and Judith Dickson, of Seneca Falls, N.Y., for $118,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It sold for $125,000 in 2002.

Lyudmila Khersonskaya, of Deerfield, Ill., sold the home at 39 Sea Breeze Trail to Rimma Green, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,363 square feet of living area. It sold for $299,600 in 2006.

Cynthia Brantley, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Sleepy Hollow Trail to Rabindra Mohabir, of New York, N.Y., for $69,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It sold for $186,700 in 2006.

Joseph Benesh, of Marshall, Mich., sold the home at 39 Slumberland Path to Danielle Mason, of Palm Coast, for $104,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,894 square feet of living area. It sold for $206,000 in 2007.
