Island Estates home sells for $1.1 million

An Island Estates home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions, the week of Oct. 15-21. Roy and Mary Ann Thornton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 112 Island Estates Parkway to Anthony and Carol Ann Conte, of Danbury, Conn., for $1.1 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a boat dock, lift and house, a summer kitchen and 4,429 square feet of living area.

Sugar Mill Plantation
Fannie Mae sold the home at 15 Sugar Mill Lane to Lisa and Steven Bray II, of Flagler Beach, for $262,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,111 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Gregory and Marilyn Sanders, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 37 Patuxent Lane to Cory and Terese Fisher, of Palm Coast, for $145,900. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,560 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $65,000.

Cypress Knoll
Joseph Beaudoin, of Urbandale, Iowa, sold the home at 25 Edgemont Lane to Brian Stevens, of Palm Coast, for $123,900. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,272 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $170,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 94 Evans Drive to Daniel and Patricia Murphy, of Palm Coast, for $175,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,343 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Malcolm and Geraldine Melester, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 St. Andrews Court to Robert and Patricia Campbell, of Port Chester, N.Y., for $226,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,556 square feet of living area.

Hammock Dunes
Joseph and Melva Tranchini, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Rue Renoir to Nancy and Robert Cabaniss, of Panama City, for $512,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 3,045 square feet of living area.

James and Flora Haselden, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Roma Court to Roy and Mary Ann Thornton, of Palm Coast, for $565,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,299 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $355,000.

Hidden Lakes
D.R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 41 Arrowhead Drive to Robert and Mary Devito, of Palm Coast, for $189,900. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,741 square feet of living area.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 12 Graham Trail to Dana and Robert Carr, of Palm Coast, for $208,625. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,201 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Fannie Mae sold the home at 30 Barring Place to Dong and Jin Chen, of Cupertino, Calif., for $176,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,132 square feet of living area.

Sandy Deierhoi, of Springhill, sold the home at 9 Beverly Place to Michael James, of Palm Coast, for $147,500. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,997 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $100,500.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation sold the home at 186 Bird of Paradise Drive to Duarte and Lucia Machado, of East Providence, R.I., for $111,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,585 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $98,000.

SeaGate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 224 Bird of Paradise Drive to Nicholaus and Jacqueline Rookstool and Maria Demiranda, of Palm Coast, for $175,900. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,446 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation sold the home at 26 Biscay Lane to Susan and William Lewis Jr., of St. Augustine, for $143,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,866 square feet of living area.

Matthew and Margaret Cullen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 109 Bressler Lane to Stella Peck, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,182 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $118,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 14 Burnley Place to Timothy and Gloria Bedard, of Palm Coast, for $160,124. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,718 square feet of living area.

Charles and Janis Resinger, of Murphy, N.C., sold the home at 22 Lakeside Place W. to Sebastian and Diane Timbro, of Middletown, Conn., for $265,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,553 square feet of living area.

Roger and Kathleen Carlson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 51 San Carlos Drive to Frances and Caroline Ciels, of Grayson, Ga., for $236,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,792 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $198,300.

Lehigh Woods
Yvonne Minors, of Hampton, Ga., sold the home at 7 Riviera Drive to William and Deborah Shepherd, of Palm Coast, for $137,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,789 square feet of living area.

Marineland Acres
Jeanne Blackmon and Terry Scott, of Jupiter, sold the home at 58 Ocean Street to Alina Pekarsky, of Palm Coast, for $565,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,798 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Bruce Vecchioni, Donald Vecchioni, Ronald Vecchioni, and Barry Vecchioni sold the home at 49 Covington Lane to Elizabeth Cutler, of Palm Coast, for $253,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,883 square feet of living area.

Warren and Mary Choate, of Montoursville, Pa., sold the home at 4 Forrester Court to Anastasia and Angelo Juliano Jr., of Palm Coast, for $169,900. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,025 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $130,000.

Michael Fountain, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 61 Pebble Beach Drive to Matthew Meddaugh, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,584 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $219,000.

Bauer Peter Jr., representative of the Peter Bauer Estate, sold the home at 7 Peppercorn Lane to Flemming Vibeke Hornsyld, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,850 square feet of living area.

K. Investment Properties, as trustee of the 24 Powder Lane Trust, sold the home at 24 Powder Lane to Linda and Clement Hauanio, of Palm Coast, for $134,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,711 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $94,600.

David and Kathleen Burns, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Powder Lane to William and Maryann Burke, of Iselin, N.J., for $214,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,251 square feet of living area.

David and Rose Fruin, of Tallahassee, sold the home at 15 Princess Rose Drive to Evie and Archie Hudson Jr., of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,653 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $112,500.

Raymond Leon Sr., sold the home at 67 Pritchard Drive to Dmitry and Ines Sapir, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,421 square feet of living area.

Donnie and Nicole Taylor, of Amelia, Va., sold the home at 6 Wavra Place to Ellen Herron, of Palm Coast, for $239,900. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,769 square feet living area. It sold in 2012 for $155,000.

Timothy and Heather Kenney, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 41 Westmill Lane to John and Kim Gridley, of Palm Coast, for $108,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $165,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 7 Weyanoke Lane to Frederick and Phyllis Sherman, of Palm Coast, for $146,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area.

Southern Orchid LLC and Tracy Callahan Pa., of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 53 Wood Haven Drive to Lynn and Rachel Thompson, of Palm Coast, for $197,500. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,877 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $125,000.

Thomas Colletti, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Woodshire Lane to Philip Craig and Debra Ledbetter, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,814 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $234,000.

Quail Hollow
John and Mary Alice Wrobleuski, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Zorro Court to Dawn and John Hartman, of Palm Coast, for $147,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,244 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $149,000.

Seminole Woods
Gerald Ditolla, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Slipper Orchid Trail E. to David Cronin, of Burlingame, Calif., for $120,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area.
