Island Estates home sells for $1.05 million

A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of June 20 to June 24. Jeffrey and Kathleen Wallace, of Southampton, Pa., sold the home at 121 Island Estates Parkway to Steven Taylor, of Palm Coast, for $1.05 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen, a boat dock, a boat house and 4,507 square feet of living area.

Cochran Place
Gail Wolcott, Penelope Means and Victoria Stevenson, all of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 922 Central Ave. N. to Jody Greene, of Atlanta, for $290,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,624 square feet of living area.

Marineland Acres
John Hrabovsky, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 48 Ocean St. to Edward and Barbara McCaskill, of Weirsdale, for $193,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,264 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2002.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 1 Penn Manor Lane to Omayra Jarrett, of Palm Coast, for $70,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2005.

Bookbuilders New York Inc. sold the home at 28 Perkins Lane to Gregory Oja, of Palm Coast, for $87,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 2002.

Robert Benton and Mary Whelan-Benton, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Blackburn Place to Philip Bond and Michele Wimbley, of Bowie, Md., for $95,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,890 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2006.
