A Hammock Dunes home in Island Estates topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 17-21. Robert and Sheila Gazzoli, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 76 Island Estates Parkway to Vincent Sarrecchia Jr. and Mafalda Sarrecchia, of Palm Coast, for $850,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a dock, a boat house and 4,560 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Pebble Beach Village
Susan Hawthorne, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 13 Windsong Cove to Jim and Joyce Omeara, of Flagler Beach, for $167,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area.

Windsong
Fannie Mae sold the home at 1759 Central Ave. to Donald and Gladys Reed, of Berea, Ky., for $117,500. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,125 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $272,000.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Fairchild Oaks
Robert Tugwell and Jacqueline Picaut-Tugwell, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 15 Ivey Lane to Jeremy Jackson and Stevi Griffin, of Flagler Beach, for $235,000. Built by the sellers in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,572 square feet of living area.

Surf Club
Thomas and Phyllis Erno, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 618, Surf Club II Condominium, 80 Surf View Drive, to John and Ruth Lasala, of Lords Valley, Pa., for $234,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $293,100.

Hammock Beach III LLC, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 742-C of Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Oceancrest Drive, to Timothy Seay, of The Woodlands, Texas, for $535,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Hammock Dunes
Howard and Janet Crum, of St. Augustine, sold condominium Unit 304, Portofino at Hammock Dunes, 304 Avenue De La Mer, to Thomas Bland and Kathryn Bland, of Parma, Ohio, for $625,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,390 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $765,000.

Grant Young and Elora Young, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 506, Portofino at Hammock Dunes, 7 Avenue Del La Mer, to Peter Ogorman, Rosemary Ogorman and Ruth Ogorman, of Jacksonville, for $800,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,840 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $935,000.

Fannie Mae sold condominium Unit 811, Canopy Walk, 800 Canopy Walk Lane, to George and Deborah Keene, of Holland, Mich., for $159,900. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $360,000.

Grand Haven
Richard and Marianne Correia, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Pelican Court to Colco Corp., of Dallas, for $175,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $145,000.

William and Nancy Worrell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 51 Boxwood Lane to Robert and Mary DeWitt, of North Jacksonville, for $105,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,478 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $215,000.

Karin Carvalho, of Providence, R.I., sold the home at 38 Bunker Hill Drive to Bruce and Theresa Dorsey, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built by the seller in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a dock and 1,736 square feet of living area.

Dennis and Cheryl McCarthy, of Syracuse, N.Y., sold the home at 63 Rolling Sands Drive to Boris and Lana Teplitz, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $152,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,481 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $310,000.
