Island Estates home in Hammock Beach sells for $1,195,000

An Island Estates home on the East Coast Canal in Hammock Beach topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of June 4 to June 8. John and Barbara Giarretta, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 55 Island Estates Parkway to Gregory Droege, of Ellicott City, Md., for $1,195,000. Built by the sellers in 2008, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a boat dock and 4,424 square feet of living area.

Rio Mar
James and Donna Wysong, of Valrico, sold the home at 1421 Central Ave. to Benjamin and Jennifer Bosscher, of Flagler Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,737 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $435,000.

PALM COAST
Grand Haven
Thomas and Ellen Albano, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Lagare St. to Gary Rodgers and Janet Rodgers, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built by the seller in 2003 it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,393 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Fannie Mae sold the home at 7 Biddleson Place to Antonio and Maria Aparicio, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $193,600.

Patrick and Diane Thornton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 137 Boulder Rock Drive to Harry Mott and Patricia Quick, of Minneapolis, for $199,000. Built by the sellers in 1990, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,495 square feet of living area.

Bank of New York sold the home at 77 Bradmore Lane to Nancy Oakes, of Palm Coast, for $54,600. Built in 1985 it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,693 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $71,000.

Michael and Kristen Bachman, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Brooklyn Lane to Robert and Cindy Terry, of Worcester, Mass., for $165,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,822 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $175,000.

Lehigh Woods
Jeffery and Karen Roselle, of Lake Huntington, N.Y., sold the home at 66 Raemoor Drive for $101,900. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,167 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $91,000.

BKG Properties LLC, SMT Properties Group LLC, SHG Financial LLC and Hill Family Realty LLC sold the home at 18 Rivera Estates Court to William and Caryn Nulf, of Palm Coast, for $174,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,107 square feet of living area. It sold in January for $101,400.

Jim and Mairead Daly, of Tralee County, Kerry, Ireland, sold the home at 15 Riviera Estates Drive to Manuel Oliveira and Joan Salvage-Oliveira, of Yonkers, N.Y., for $105,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,833 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $199,700.

Larisa Trotsenko, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 117 Rolling Sands Drive to Serbei Kulesh for $95,000. Built by the seller in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,100 square feet of living area.

Ivan Sinelnik, of Rockaway Beach, N.Y., sold the home at 22 Ryan Drive to Ernest and Laraine Martone, of Fort Mill, S.C., for $70,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,674 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $162,100.

Gary Walker, of Hampstead, Md., sold the home at 3 Rolland Lane to Thomas Kozera, of White Plains, N.Y., for $112,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,685 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $150,900.

Palm Harbor
Jean Pellegrini, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Cleveland Court to George Gowen, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built by the seller in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock, a boat house and 2,241 square feet of living area.

Jacob and Marianne Morton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Fisher Lane to Antonio and Tatiana Oliveira, of Newark, N.J., for $150,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,333 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $135,000.

Martin and Eleanor Healy, of Huntsville, Ala., sold the home at 46 Flamingo Drive to William and Joan McNeill, of Neversink, N.Y., for $98,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 1995 for $84,900.

Arthur Bogaciov, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 50 Perkins Lane to Theresa Atkins, of Denver, for $160,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,751 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $312,700.

Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 41 Pinelynn Drive to Noreen Kiesla, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,769 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $210,000.

John Leathen Jr., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Post Tree Lane to Richard and Maureen Delia, of Bayport, N.Y., for $95,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,371 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $78,900.

Herminio Duarte and Cheryl Schultz-Duarte, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Princess Jeanette Place to Jerome and Denise Green, of Palm Coast, for $189,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,782 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $134,400.

Richard and Perri Brandon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Zeppelin Court to Justin Soard and Ashley Beaton, of Palm Coast, for $133,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,364 square feet of living area. It sold in January for $83,000.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 20 Zinnia Trail to Emily Prestopnik, of Palm Coast, for $136,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,137 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $274,900.

Seminole Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 13 Sevelle Place to Timothy Ketch, of Palm Coast, for $130,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,911 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $264,900.
