Island Estate home sells for $750,000

An Island Estates home topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Feb. 27 to March 2. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 63 Island Estates Parkway to Roy Hinman, of St. Augustine, for $750,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a boat house and 6,968 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
Keystone Heights
SHG Financial LLC, of Lighthouse Point, sold the home at 710 Deen Road to Howard and Dorothy Downing, of Bunnell, for $80,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,439 square feet of living area. It was conveyed in 2011 by tax deed for $54,500.

Sawmill Estates
Johnnie and Carolyn Saia, of Bunnell, sold the home at 1010 Wadsworth Way to Justin White Sr. and Judy White, of Putnam, Conn., for $180,000. Built by the sellers in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,988 square feet of living area.

Palm Pointe
Freddie Mac sold Unit 6E at Palm Pointe I to Paolo Falduto, of Oceanside, N.Y., for $29,900. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,035 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $167,900.

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores
Larry and Debbie Hilyard, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 San Pablo Court to Kyndra Mulder, of Palm Coast, for $262,500. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,666 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $447,000.

Surf Club
Peter and Tonie LaLiberte, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold condominium Unit 314 of Surf Club III to Abraham Hartzema, of Gainesville, for $245,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,453 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $304,900.

Thomas Hackney Jr., of Jacksonville, sold condominium Unit 509 of Surf Club II to Dennis and Velma Andrew, of Macclenny, for $260,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $300,000.

Roseann Tracy, of Ann Arbor, Mich., sold the home at 20 Las Palmas Way to Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Mo., for $450,000. Built by the seller in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,906 square feet of living area.

Yacht Harbor Village
Joseph and Margaret Keller, of Newton, Pa., sold condominium Unit C468 in Yacht Harbor Village to Don and Galina Schott, of St. Johns, for $150,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $780,000.

Karen Renckley and Barbara Crawford, of Jacksonville, sold condominium Unit 2-21D of Bella Harbor to Norman and Helen D’Silva, of Concord, N.H., for $94,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $319,400.
