Intracoastal Sanctuary home tops list at $800,000

An Intracoastal Waterway home in The Sanctuary topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Nov. 26–30. Denis and Susan Ebrill, of Lady Lake, sold the home at 44 Old Oak Drive S. to Markus Baechtold and Gabriela Winterstein, of Gossau, Switzerland, for $800,000. Built by the sellers in 2002, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a separate lap pool, a boat dock and 5,656 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
George Moody Subdivision
Izio Rossi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 211 5th Street N. to Gary Farrar, of Flagler Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,128 square feet of living area.

Ocean View
Robert and Pamela Jones, of Flagler Beach, sold Unit 415 of The Ocean View Manor Condominium, 3600 Oceanshore Blvd. S., to Rollie Dudik and Nancy Slicner, of Ormond Beach, for $144,000. Built in 1984, it has one bedroom, one bath and 715 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $185,000.

Cinnamon Beach
Robert and Carey Benson, of Ardmore, Okla., sold condominium Unit 553 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, 600 Cinnamon Beach Way, to Cinnamon Const LLC, of Omaha, Neb., for $339,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $551,500.

Hammock Dunes
Mildred McGuire, of Wonder Lake, Ill., sold the home at 2 Corte Del Mar to Marc and Ann Messer, of Palm Coast, for $234,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,932 square feet of living area. It sold in 1992 for $276,500.

Lisa Shelby, of Cadiz, Ky., sold condominium Unit 1501 of Casa Bella, 120 Avenue De La Mer, to Monte Engler and Joan Mannion, of New York, N.Y., for $299,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $320,000.

Sea Colony
Michael Gisondo, of Mentor, Ohio, sold the home at 48 Bristol Lane to Kathleen Barnes, of Lutz, for $205,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $132,000.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 98 Pebble Beach Drive to Theresa Musotto, of Palm Coast, for $95,500. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $223,000.

Canopy Walk
Lawrence and Diane McKenna, of Holbrook, N.Y., sold condominium Unit 1132 of Canopy Walk, 1100 Canopy Walk Lane, to Susan Widom for $115,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $235,000.

Cypress Knoll
Nora Quinones, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 75 Egret Trail to Max Diaz-Belmar and Liza Recurt, of West Point, N.Y., for $239,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,348 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $445,000.

European Village
Regions Bank sold condominium Unit 212, Building A, Residences at European Village, 101 Palm Harbor Pkwy., for $29,900. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, one bath and 670 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $159,900.

Grand Haven
Hancock Bank sold the home at 16 Chinier St. to Paulo Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, for $380,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,420 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Jean Minkin, of Mount Pleasant, S.C., sold the home at 17 Banner Lane to Jerry Minghetti and Nurth Pozadas-Minghetti, of Yardley, Pa., for $163,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,057 square feet of living area. It sold in 1991 for $106,000. The pool was added in 1992.

Lehigh Woods
Peter Gabriel and Denise Gabriel, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Ramble Way to Alphonse and Marjorie Depresco, of Demarost, N.J., for $232,500. Built by the seller in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,380 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Woods
Freddie Mac sold the home at 34 Louisville Drive to Johnnita Smith, of Palm Coast, for $98,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,818 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $198,528.

Palm Club
Anna Dimock, of St. Augustine, sold condominium Dwelling Unit 107, Building X, of The Palm Club, 58 Clubhouse Drive, to Janet Hurd, of Palm Coast, for $83,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,127 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $171,000.

Palm Coast Resort
Thomas and Elizabeth Schuetz, of St. Charles, Ill., sold condominium Unit 306E of Palm Coast Resort, 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., to Jeffrey and Pamela Niehoff, of South Elgin, Ill., for $149,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $439,900.

Palm Harbor
Kathleen Johnston, of Altoona, Pa., sold the home at 11 Clee Court to Kevin and Claudia Chase, of Hamburg, N.J., for $260,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,085 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 52 Fairbank Lane to Gary Zawatski, of Palm Coast, for $123,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,878 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $121,000.

Pine Grove
George Bunting, of Philadelphia, sold the home at 21 Prairie Lane to Renard and Gayle Harrison, of Palm Coast, for $128,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,255 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $117,900.

Pine Lakes
Rolando and Meridian Casis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Woodford Lane to Richard and Beverly Henney, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $260,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,156 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $300,000.

Quail Hollow
Frances Mancuso and Norman Farrington, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Zanzibar Court to Jeffrey and Allison Panek, of Waterloo, N.Y., for $85,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,858 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $91,100.

The Secretary of Veterans Affairs sold the home at 9 Karas Trail to Kristin Crow, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,322 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $195,000.

Seminole Woods
L&D Rauscher LLC, of Bunnell, sold the home at 62 Sea Breeze Trail to Justin and Toni Yaple, of Ormond Beach, for $154,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,876 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $161,900.

Tidelands
Caryl Whittington, of Alpharetta, Ga., sold the home at 11 Longview Way N. to Edward Mac Dougall and Lyne St. Amand, of Palm Coast, for $178,200. Built by the seller in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,176 square feet of living area.

Woodhaven
Margaret Meyer, of The Villages, sold Parcel 102/43 of Woodhaven Condominium at Palm Coast, 5 Hembury Lane, to Salvatore Maino, of Palm Coast, for $75,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $71,500.
