An Intracoastal Waterway home in Grand Haven topped the week’s sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of May 21 to May 25. R.F.P. Associates LLC, of Lakewood, N.J., sold the home at 82 River Trail Drive to Vladimir and Elena Abaimova, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a shared boat dock and 3,768 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Mary Utley, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1816 Central Ave. to Brian Mecseri, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $179,900. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,832 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $175,000.

Patsy Overby, of Melaire, Mich., sold the home at 1612 Oceanshore Blvd. S. to Jere Scola III for $367,500. Built by the seller in 1988, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,112 square feet of living area.

Venice Park
Richard Zito, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 127 Avalon Ave. to William Murphy and Carrie Bihrle, of Flagler Beach, for $237,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a work shed, a boat dock and 1,549 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for 157,500.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Surf Club
William and Valerie Robinson, of Jacksonville, sold Unit 710 of Surf Club III to Roger Hophan and Robin Zabel, of Palm Coast, for $305,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $462,500.

Hammock Dunes
La Costa Partners LLC, of Palm Coast sold the home at 12 La Costa Place to Terry and Susan Averdick, of Villa Hills, Ky., for $381,050. Built by the seller in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,107 square feet of living area.

Ocean Hammock
Virginia Vaupel, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Atlantic Place to Kenneth and Ursula Kemp, of Palm Coast, for $390,000. Built by the seller in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,362 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Bella Harbor
Fannie Mae sold Unit 3-2D of Bella Harbor Condominium to Patricia Blackmon, of Lagrange, Ga., for $115,100. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $380,100.

Belle Terre
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 7 Plain View Drive to Dana and Stacie Fisher, of Palm Coast, for $113,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,804 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $250,000.

Oleg Ustoyev and Yelena Pinkhasova, of Rego Park, N.Y., sold the home at 29 Presidential Lane to Everton Whitlock, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $112,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,235 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $250,000.

Cypress Knoll
Fannie Mae sold the home at 37 Elder Drive to Daryn and Mary Jo Lovelace, of Clarkville, Tenn., for $205,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,173 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $325,000.

Donald and Darlene Patterson, of Anaheim, Calif., sold the home at 10 Elias Lane to Lyudmila Kolmykova and Larisa Kolmykova, of River Edge, N.J., for $155,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,959 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $228,000.

European Village
Bank of America sold Unit 205 of Building A, Residence at European Village to Dale Carpenter, of Crescent City, for $30,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $213,100.

Branch Banking and Trust Co. sold Unit 424 of Building C, Residence at European Village to Stephen Gallagher, of Rumson, N.J., for $35,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $388,900.

Grand Haven
Linda Marx, of Woodbury, Minn., sold the home at 9 Crosslink Court to Richard and Julia Dolgin, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,757 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $214,900.

Charles and Ellen Shackson, of Cape Coral, sold the home at 37 Eastlake Drive to Brian Dobis and Iryna Vasylenko, of Palm Coast, for $490,000. Built by the sellers in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3,326 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Lance Authelet, as Trustee of the 42 Bainbridge Trust sold the home at 42 Bainbridge Lane to Welsey and Annette Rowe, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,291 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $130,900. The pool was added in 2005.

Kathryn McCollum, of Dunkirk, Md., sold the home at 37 Bolling Lane to Hassan Koche and Nafisse Knaiou, of Palm Coast, for $81,600. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,052 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $182,000.

Lehigh Woods
Jeffery Wright, of Bunnell, sold the home at 14 Regis Lane to Victor Vega, of Palm Coast, for $70,000. Built by the seller in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area.

Robert Tomlinson Jr. and Rose Hulsey, of Bunnell, sold the home at 1 Roller Lane to Rishikesh Shringarpure, of New York, N.Y., for $89,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,512 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $105,000.

Palm Harbor
Tommy and Nancy Lee, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 29 Cooper Lane to Evelyn Stroecker and Kirsten Erickson, of Bad Zwischenahn, Germany, for $110,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,054 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $110,000.

Carlos Pereira, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 50 Cormorant Court to Nicola and Maria Gambale, of Berlin, N.J., for $335,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,661 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $135,000.

Pine Grove
Freddie Mac sold the home at 59 Pine Grove Drive to Natalie Cerdeira, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,041 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $288,300.

Steven and Valerie Perez, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 71 Post View Drive to JKR Investment Group for $77,600. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,644 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $84,100.

Pine Lakes
Eric and Mirilys Viera, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 96 White Hall Drive to Patrick Moynihan, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built by the seller in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,437 square feet of living area.

Loranzo and Ethel Jones, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 5-504 of Pine Lakes Villas Condominium at Palm Coast to Walter Marvin, of Elizabethtown, N.Y., for $75,500. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,665 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $160,000.
