A house in Dupont Estates was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 1-7 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Steven Hyman, of Bunnell, sold 6917 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to William and Diana Steinhoff, of Plantation, for $1,995,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 4,610 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $1,450,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Stephen and Karen Berry, of Golden Oak, sold 19 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 206, to Russell and Susan Rosenberry, of Palm Coast, for $1.3 million. Built in 2005, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 3,283 square feet.

 

Paul Rauseo, Curtis Threatt, Allen Auerr Jr. and David Quinney sold 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 345, to Andrew and June Perry, of Ronkonkoma, New York, for $480,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,003 square feet.

 

Jean Manheimer sold 12 Hembury Lane to William Mahlmann and Rosemary Free, of Manchester Center, Vermont, for $150,000. Built in 1988, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $108,000.

 

Bruner

Michael and Leah Sebag sold 1953 N. Daytona Ave. to Be Good Developments LLC, of Daytona Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,426 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 48 Huntington Place to Richard and Jennifer Nardiello, of Ormond Beach, for $309,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,003 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 53 Brushwood Lane to Viktor and Tetyana Makarchuk, and Aleksandr Makarchuk, of Palm Coast, for $204,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

 

Lehigh Woods

Gengsheng Zhang, of Mount Sinai, New York, sold 20 Rolling Sands Drive to Iris Cay, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,978 square feet.

 

Christine Soto, Robert Mamys and Mary Maroney sold 21 Royal Tern Lane to Kenneth Stittsworth and Kathleen Macdougall, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,640 square feet.

 

Kevin Dodge and April Dodge, of Palm Coast, sold 5 Red Barn Drive to Scott and Patricia Gentilhomme, of Milford, New Hampshire, for $204,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,352 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $170,000.

Anatoly Derin and Nina Derina, of Hallandale, sold 61 Luther Drive to Snow Enterprise LLC, of Eden, North Carolina, for $180,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,342 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $63,700.

David and Robin Rosenberg, of Palm Coast, sold 75 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Kristen Manion and Brian Rachock, of Glenmoore, Pennsylvania, for $815,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/4 and has 3,798 square feet.

Michael and Maureen Degiulio, individually and as trustees, sold 28 Old Oak Drive N. to Michael and Lauren Seamon, of Palm Coast, for $865,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a swimming pool, boat dock and 3,173 square feet.
